Time to Man Up. Mental PE and self-confidence

Ive been doin PE for a couple years now on and off. I am 23. Unfortunately I am also still a virgin. Size complex has crippled me for a long time and its the only reason that I have not had sex. I have PE'd to a current size of 6-6.25 erect and to a 6 inch girth. Until recently, I found out the real reason for my problem and it wasnt my size, IT WAS MY MENTALITY. I always thought negative thoughts about me having sex. In my head I would think "You arent big enough, you arent long enough, shes been with bigger guys than you" and it has gotten me nowhere. All the time my friends talk about the girls they bang, and I sit quietly BUT NOT ANY MORE. I HAVE DECIDED TO TAKE CONTROL AND START TALKING TO GIRLS AND START HAVING WILD SEX. I have heard from numerous people that I am a good looking guy and I can see girls checking me out all the time but i never took any action due to negative self thoughts. HoWEVER, FROM THIS DAY, I AM GOING TO CHANGE MY LIFE COMPLETELY AROUND AND BECOME THE BOSS I KNOW I AM. I am still going to work on PE, BUT I AM NOT GOING TO LET SIZE COMPLEX DESTROY ME ANYMORE. Everyone my age has already had sex and it sometimes makes me sad to know I am the only one that hasnt, but also it acknowledge that it is my fault. I HAVE TO WILL TO DRIVE GIRLS WILD, AND I AM NOT GOING TO LET NEGATIVE THOUGHTS STOP ME ANYMORE. ITS TIME TO TAKE CONTROL AND I WILL.

PS: Also, I want to know from the brothers if 6.25/6 is a good size. I have read everywhere that girth is good but I need to know for length.
PSS: GOING TO BE A MORE ACTIVE MEMBER OF THIS FORUM AND HELP OUT THE BROS.
 
That is the right spirit. That is the ONLY thing you can do to fight the mental disturbance. Take over your life and do whatever you want, i know you can do it. Regarding your size it is really thick and no one will say your penis is small, because the thickness compensates the length anyway. What you can do if you want to is work on size and not worry about girth anything. :)

But don't listen to anyone else all the time, it's all about opinions and what others believe in. Believe in yourself in the way you feel comfortable.
 
Mental Disturbances can be extremely debilitating. People who don't have them would never know. However, I am working at it. It only takes ca couple days to make a change.
 
im going to be honest you shouldnt even start PE if you havent had sex. your size is big, time to put your mental energies somewhere else imo

I understand it when one is underage, but other than that I don't see a problem with it.
 
I was also 23 when I lost my virginity. I became friends with this girl and somehow we very very slowly ended up in bed and it happened. Like you I had no drive in me. I have later blamed adult entertainment for this. When we watch adult entertainment we are passive. We watch as others have sex and we learn this pattern of passiveness that makes it impossible to get girls because girls will for the most part need to be persued. I also had light ED from watching adult entertainment. I stopped watching adult entertainment and got a girlfriend. I now have a great sex life.

I used to feel hopeless. Like I would never get a girlfriend or meet a girl to have sex with. But I overcame that. My solution was to quit watching adult entertainment which also fixed my mindset.

You will do fine. Just get out there. And your size is great. 6 inch girth? Dude. You´ll make some girl very happy.
 
adult entertainment can truly damage ones ability to have sex, in my opinion. At least for me. I got used to getting a EQ just enough for masturbation. That totally carried over to having sex lol

Thanks for the positive thought brothers. Just came back from the gym. Worked out in a tank top and was getting looks from 3 girls that were there. Next time i gotta execute.
 
The harder you exercise the better youll get more confident and happier,besides your size is great and your girth is above average,i dont think adult entertainment actors arent that girthy .. Except for Mnandingo 6.5+ i think

Socialize with people more. Get your body in shape. Stay clean and dress somewhat proper. Be nice and polite, get to know a girl a little. Make them laugh, flirt, pay attention to body language and eyes. Let them look at you first before you make eye contact, hold eye contact for 1 to 2 seconds not to long or you'll make yourself seem creepy. There's lots of tricks out there.

True. I am in great shape. Just gotta lose my love handles. And flirting is so important. Gotta work on that though.
 
We are our own worst enemy especially when it comes to self view. Most of us can relate on some level and it is the most popular reason for men to become part of the Brotherhood. In your case you are much bigger than most men out there, your girth is way above average and your length is also above average. I know that this does not make it better but it will help you to a.) see that others are like you and b.) do what is necessary to make the gains you desire. I'm all for any type of improvement of self...be it your body/mind/spirit, whatever. I've found the more positive I am about myself, (not in any bragging manner, and always defer to humility) the more positive people react to me. It seems with each millimeter that I gain, my confidence increases right with it...kinda funny that having a big d!ck would permeate throughout my entire life, but it does, almost magically
 
I wonder where the size inadequacy comes from as I have the same thing

yeah for some reason the minds start to get better sometimes,some other times i just dont believe im gaining,and i get really stressed out.

I have been really hard on myself, because i feel i have not been exercising hard enough,But i wish i had more time for PE..
 
Your mind will play tricks on you...make certain you have empirical evidence to refute any mental negativity. For me, the almighty [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] gauge has been my savior...it may or may not be a true reading, but my climb up that inch-meter is 100%

Indeed. I remember a time when I was 9" in length and I decided to measure for gains. I did not see an increase so I kept on measuring. With each measurement my penis got smaller and smaller...all mental but it was soon real! I spent an hour obsessing until I gave up. We all go through these mental stages but ultimately the goal is not only a bigger penis but a bigger mind to see what you have created!

That's why I took pictures in August last year and once I hit at least 20cm or 8inch I'll take new ones, to see it for myself :)!

Yeah, pictures were a big help for me too. I also found measuring with something other than a ruler can bring an easier reading. Numbers can be intimidating so I would find a bottle or some other object that I knew the length of and I would measure against that. Eventually I had a table in the bathroom where I would measure and mark with a marker my increases and after 90 days I would measure those marks, so much less stress!

hey acromegaly. not yet bro. got some exams coming up. Definatly soon brother. My confidence goes up each day. went to the gym again and got looks from more than half the girls there. Also got told from another chick today that I have broad shoulders and that its so attractive. I wouldn't brag but its true. I just need to focus on my exams first before anything though.

School always Trumps PE, your education is most important. PE is always here for you.
