I have a LOT at 6, which apparently means hard gains due to the ligs already being stretched. In my first month of Penis Enlargement i just stuck to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], some BTCs, some A stretches, and gained about half an inch. it surpirsed the hell out of me. But I now realize through posts and experience that us guys with low LOTs must stretch the tunica and septum if we want gains in length.
I want this to be a thread for those with low LOTs who are looking for some ideas on how to stretch these areas. And for anyone who has some feedback on what has worked for them.

These are the stretches i stick to:
A and V streches
bundled stretches
cranks
and i have just started to do some hanging. The fulcrum hang sounds real interesting also

Anyone else with some stretches that have worked for them feel free to post.
 
im interestred about the OTS. i just use a sock tied to a 5lb weight, stick my dick inside and tie it off. so i dont know how i will use it for OTS.
how do you hang OTS and with what kind of hanger?
 
Weird...I heard for low LOT you stretch SU or SO....was I misinformed?!?


Anyway mine is 6 or so. And I was focusing on the upper angle stretches SU, SO, a little SD. Course this theory makes me also think something else...What if DLD has always had a LOT of 6...and he's the biggest gainer! Maybe low LOT is better than high LOT?...I mean who has a LOT of 12 that has gains to match those of DLD's? Or did DLD use to have a LOT of 12....many questions still yet!


anyway should I start some SD, BTC intense routines or stick with SU and SO?

Yes, you're right, lots that are lower need to stretch at least SO, preferrably SU and OTS.
 
make a captain's wench prolly the best method to at least get a feel for a hanging device. and as for hanging OTS get a small pillow on your shoulder and a comfortable but strong robe and hand it over the back of the chair
 
Damn...Just when you start to think you have the theory nailed something confuses the hell out'a me...

I'm a 9 o'clock LOT so i'm kind of in the middle as LOTs go. This makes me wonder if i should do down angles, high angles or middle angles so i'm keeping on the safe side and do them all. rofl

What you think dudes ?? LOT of 9 here so what would you advice for me ??

Just thought i'd drop by and state the following coz it caught me out...

after testing, i thought i had an LOT of 7ish. then i read a thread the other day(can't remember which one, can't be fucked to check) and 2 guys were debating LOT.

other members piped up, and it transpires that your LOT is not complete loss of tugback, but literally, loss of tugback(i.e when you experience a notable loss visually and/or physically)

and it was proclaimed that this is rubber stamped by, Bib.

i retested and am now sitting pretty between 9-10.

maybe you know this, maybe the other guys were wrong, but i just thought i'd inform you.

I feel you dawg... If LOT was COMPLETE LOSS OF TUGBACK then i'd have no LOT number to provide cause i have a minor tugback all the way around the clock so... IMO LOT is the point where you go from a noticeable loss of tugback to a much weaker one. It's allways there if you check it carefully mate but there comes a point where it's much less pronounced and that puts me at an even 9.

you test your LOT by lying on your back limp and stretching then kegelling...if that information is correct then my LOT is indeed 6 cause I still feel a tug just not much of one. And my curve is an upwards one so it kinda makes me think the stretch I get from BTC and SD is mostly skin stretch based on my upwards curve; therefore for me I've decided to focus on SU and SO with some SD...and once I see how this works I will then decide if BTC is something I should put back into the routine.


Anyway can someone confirm the LOT test so I'll know I at least did it right :P
 
I'm the same as 10inchadvantage, at a LOT of 6 I have zero tugback at all. When I started stretching I was hitting the ligs as hard as possible and I did gain 1/2" in length. Since then I am taking a break from the lig stretching (deconditioning for 2 months) but since I have never really focused on the tunica/septum, I am doing it now.

I love DLD's sock stretches for upward angles and side angles. I've been working on this routine for a couple weeks now and I love it. My tunica gets sore from it which is something I have never experienced, therefore I know it is targeting what it should. I also only do this routine once every 2-3 days for recovery purposes. Basically I do sock stretches U, UL, UR, L, R, and superset with 2 bundled stretches. Then each time I'll make it more intense by adding rotary cranks with sock stretches (going 1/4 way around the clock) in all those 5 directions, and again superset with bundled stretches. Then I will do a bundled stretch WITH the sock AND rotary cranks, and man, this is the deepest, most intense tunica stretch I have felt yet. It just feels like everything is loosening up and it certainly feels like the septum is being hit because it's a deep sensation. I again superset with bundled stretches.

But seriously, try sock stretches for the tunica because I think they also hit the septum to some degree and it's great for low LOT'ers.
 
I aint got a clue what my LOT is and after reading posts on it, i still dont! dont get it at all!

Neway, for us wanting length, what is the routine we must do coz all this is confusing the hell out of me!

1) Do or should we Penis Enlargement (stretch) after an orgasm?
2) Should it be in two sets per day of stretching AM and PM?
3) What exercises for max gains targeting tuncia / septum / ligs (and what is best to target!!)
4) How many set of a certain exercise should you do per day?
5) Hanging setups - demonstrations and pictures of SO, SU, OTS etc

These are the main questions we need answers to from the most expereinced members such as DLD etc.

If we can add all this in this thread it will help us all get OUR gains!!!

According to Bib, he never has checked his LOT when he was starting pe.
He came up with the LOT theory when he had finished all his hanging.
The theory was created by him in a time, where less and less people where making gains eventhough they were hanging like Bib, mainly BTC. Suddenly, the OTS idea came up.

Bib was only assuming, that he had a very high LOT!

Yes, he DID start with a high LOT. He said he remembered when getting an x-ray before he started hanging that the x-ray showed a lot of "inner penis", which is what people with high LOTs have.

So yes, he did start with a high LOT.

Its not proven, that people with much inner penis have a high LOT.
Where did you get this information? Can you give me some serious source for this?

Fact is, that Bib never did the LOT test when he was doing Penis Enlargement. He came up with this later, when he was done with Penis Enlargement.

I thought I had a low lot like six o'clock because I was looking for total lose of tug back. Now when I check this new way my lot is around 11:00.

well thats exactly why i wanted to start this thread, cuz LOT is only a theory, IMO nothing about it is fact.
