This is an awesome length routine, you have covered all areas and added time and sets too! Great routine. I am assuming you are going length first and girth next?

i switched my diet again, well mainly the time when i eat which is between roughly 2-9pm and since returning to PE after a month off it seems i am regaining

before the time off i was 7 EL x 6.4 EG
last week i came back and was 6.5 x 6.4
now 6.7 x 6.4

and DLD, last year i thought i was 7 EG lol but i didn't measure properly

Anything over 5.5 impresses me!

I can relate to having to modify the diet. I have to do the same as all the weight I lost I gained back. So I have to drop 15 pounds and even though my caloric intake is lower than it should be I am not loosing the weight. I will redo it and start again.

This is a very solid routine. I'm currently doing 1 hour bundled stretches daily with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words]. I want to see if I can gain one inch in length within a period of 6 months. We will see how it goes.

I also have a heating pad before i do each set seperated by pf stretching. I need to sleep with it but im working up to it. Highest wear amount was 10 hrs in a day, not in a row.

Thanks brother means alot coming from you. Thanks to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] ive gained over an inch in length and just under an inch in girth but flaccid is 3 inches longer def feels good. Ive been off and on since 2012 but ive been super consistent last 3 months and not letting anything stop my weight loss and pe since my car accident. I want formally introduce my self in a full post but i want to be thorough and detailed. I figured it be best to contribute and share my findings with others! The name is true tho im half black 6'1 and i started with 6 inches 4.7 girth. Every girl thought it would be huge lol so im determined to make it HUGE!!!
7 inch 5.5 ish girth is my current size.

I was always curious about expectations and responses from women with a pre-determined idea based on height/weight/ethnicity/etc. Were there ever overt comments or just a 'feeling' that you got? I'd think the burden of expectation would weigh heavy
