No one can really know their true size, as they don't get erect. Also, it helps that most of those guys are fat.
damn...there is nothing funny about that video...there are far worst things to have than a very small penis...but i couldn't imagine going through life like that...i don't even know if pe would help with those guys...i couldn't even see it to stretch.
You people make it seem like its the end of the world; but from the looks of it, they just have huge fat pads. Granted, if they loose that pad they will not be big, but they will probably be much closer to normal, in the erect state.
