Hey guys after a month brake i started doing [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSj[/words] for my girth. I went up about 0.50" and stopped and i though that SSJs were the most effective girth exercise. If i am wrong can someone tell me a better one or a routine to use to get max results :)
 
SSJs are the king of girth in my opinion. That plus a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]hydropump[/words] and it really doesnt get much better. If you dont have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]hydropump[/words], [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] or [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] then look into clamping. Clamping is very impressive for girth and it is less expensive than pumps.

The 5x5x3 pumping routine will give you all the girth gains you seek. It is a combination of SSJ and pumping..
