Ok, I don't know if anyone here has this one down as their own...so I just named it this to call it something in this post.
If you do these PM me. I want to know what kind of results others have gotten from these. I'd like to get as many people to try this out as possible. It has given me the most intense feeling I've had in Penis Enlargement.
You must be able to prop your leg up onto a sturdy object first.(I use my computer desk) You can use anything so as long as your leg is fairly high with your knee bent.
So once you have the platform to put your foot onto you can get started. (a footstool with steps is probably good too)
1. Lift one of your legs and place your foot onto the platform so that your knee is bent.
2. Grab the penis with the okay grip and pull as much as you can away from the leg that is elevated.
3. Using your elbow, from the same arm that you are using to grip the penis, push that elbow into the thigh area as you are pulling away from the elevated leg.
The elbow should create even more leverage for you to use as you'll be pushing and pulling at the same time. Pushing against the thigh and pulling away from it...
30 seconds should be enough, but I started out at 1 minute each rep.
You can also move your body towards or away so as to straighten your posture while performing this exercise. Even if you are a VET and have experienced every tug and extreme pull of the ligs and tunica you'll still feel a great stretch in this one.
I did these for about 2 weeks only and have no conclusive evidence that it will help you gain. I'd just like to know if anyone else has had success with this exercise. It gives me an incredible stretch. I will start doing these again. I only stopped because my LOT is 9. I thought it was 7 but I didn't read the info on LOT enough. 6 is straight down...dumb dumb dumb I don't know what the hell I was doing when I was figuring my LOT the first time. Then I thought I should only do stretches that work downward angles. That was stupid for me to think also. So, now I will utilize these for the next several months.
