What was your penis size when you started ?
My penis size when i was started was around 17 - 18 cm , not a small one but for me was still small . I had in my mind , for many many years this number : 21 . And now , that i'm almost there is the best feeling you can get .
How long have you been P.E.-ing for ?
It's been almost 2 and a half years since i started this journey .
Which exercises helped you out the most to obtain gains ?

My routine , at the start was a bit shaky . I didn't knew how much pressure i need , how much time i have to stay in the pump and what is too much and what is too little . But after 1 week , i made a pretty good and solid routine in my opinion .
- 5 minutes with low pressure to expand the cavities and to relax them
- 25 slow and light jelq
- 10 minutes with pretty heavy pressure
- 25 slow and hard grip jelq
- 15 minutes with pretty heavy pressure - at my max i can reach and resist
- 25 slow and hard grip jelq
- 10 minutes light pressure
- 25 slow and light jelq
- 5 minutes light pressure for warm down *
What's your PE-program?
In my opinion , you can tell me what to add and what is too much , my P.E. program is pretty solid and require some time to be done . I do this routine with
4 days on / 1 day off for healing .
- 15 - 20 minutes warm up with Rice Sock
- 2 Hours with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] : 30 minutes x 4 sets - Adding at the last 2 sets 2 more rods
- In between the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] i do Stretches : 35 seconds in any direction + A-Stretch
- 10 minutes warm up with a hot bath

- 10 minutes warm down in a hot bath
- Edge for 40 - 60 minutes before i go to sleep + Kegel
As supplements i have everyday :
- 400mg Red ginseng just when i woke up + 2 teaspoon with raw honey ( not from the market , the honey is from a stroller beekeeper )
- 240mg Vitamin C

- At the dinner i get 1 tablet of Omega 3 Fish Oil
- Atleast 2.5L of water with calcium + magnesium + zinc effervescent during the day
