They did a good job analyzing the data they were given. But I still think it consistently over shot for size. The top ten percent of men have between a 8" and 10" penis? I highly doubt that. And between a 6" and 8" girth? Well, what else could you expect out of a self-measure survey. But they did include a lot of other information that was about perception, reaction, etc. Real cool read.

Very interesting read, I think I have seen it before. Like others have said though, with a self measured survey you really can't take everything they came up with at face value. I've seen people on these forums claim 7, 8, 9 inches and when I see their pics they don't measure up, so guys would inclined to exagerate.

Subject 2" from all of it, heck the FHydromax sex survey in Britain had average length at over 8" , self measurement is stupid. Think of all the people who put down 14" just to be funny.

That shit is too confusing, I try to post my results and its asking basically every stat measurement on my body, suprised they didnt ask my social security number..

I trust the real results and real measurements, that doctors did to the patients before they surveyed, most people dont even know how to measure their own dick.

They were saying that 7.1" Bone Pressed was well endowed. ?

I consider myself average, and I'm at 7.5" BP at the moment. I figured bone pressed didn't really matter. I'd say 7.1" nbp would be well endowed somewhat.

I agree with the girth and the length doesn't seem too far-fetched. On that site he talks about personally mesuring the volunteers, but I couldn't find anything involving BP or NBP measurements or the exact measuring method used.

Personally I think the measurements are a bit low. My guess is that since this is an online form on a penis size website, your average is going to be a bit lower (more guys that are worried about being small doing the survey)

When you take the survey they instruct you on the exact way to measure. The EL measurements were bone pressed.

I never made it to the part where I could even put down my measurements, they were asking about 20 crazy questions I didn't even know the answer to..

The only survey I really even take serious is the Kinsey survey anyways, all it takes is a few liar's to say they are 13 inches long and it can ruin the whole survey.

Actually a couple of people claiming 13" won't ruin the whole survey as it is statistically insignificant based on a sample size of over 3,100. If the sample size was only 20 then maybe... but the more people add to the survey the less it will matter.

Yeah, but the odds are 1 or 2 in 10 will put in an outrageous answer just to fuck with the survey or get a laugh.

A following 5 of 10 will exagerate by a half inch to 2 inches.

The remaining 3 will probably answer truthfully, tho!

How can I know this? Dude, I have several close buddies, and they ALL have "9 inch peters"!

Yes, thats why I only believe the Kinsey survey,

He personally measured all his patients bone pressed, and I dont think the size of our dicks have gotten any larger in the past generation, Now I have reason to believe the average EL is 6 inches, and the average EG is 4.75 inches. As far as what women REALLY want, I think its far off, but I guess your play with the cards that are delt, so I'm told

wdis, the kinsey report was self-measured, too. They gave the men a sheet of paper, had them get an erection and then mark it off.

The only large survey that I know of that was not self measured was the Lifestyles condom survey. The company wanted to know what the actual average penis size was so that their condoms would fit the majority comfortably. They went to spring break in Florida and surveyed about 200 guys. The measuring was done by two nurses and watched by a doctor to insure that the subject was accurately measured.

Know what they got?

About 5.75 in length.

About 4.75 in girth.

That's the survey I believe. Not that its smaller and makes me feel better, but because it was not self-measured.

NBP across the top. But considering these are all young college kids out partying on spring break, who had no aversion to letting their dicks get measured, I would say they were mostly pretty athletic and trim, so I doubt if there was much of a difference between their NBP and BP.

I liked the lifestyle survey also but the sample size was just too small to get a good cross section of ethnic backgrounds.

What's also interesting is that we seem to like the surveys that have a smaller average. I'm a swinger and have been to more than a few clubs/parties where people are openly naked and having sex so i've seen a good number of penis' and from what i've seen, the average penis looks closer to 6.5-7" length x 5-5.5" girth. But then again, i never measured them i just compared them to mine. There are definitely some small ones but also some really large ones (usually black guys).

Yes, but you are talking about situations in which people are openly sexual, something that is alot easier for men who are more well-endowed and more likely to feel confident enough to expose themselves to the public. I stand by my opinion that the average man is a hair over 5.5" erect length.

I worked for many years as an orderly. I saw alot of penises, too, and not in sexual, social, party situations. Just regular guys. Only a couple men during that time impressed me as being large. Both were very thin, somewhat tall caucasion men. One of them was big. The other, an older gentleman, had what I would estimate to be a 7X5 FLACCID HANG!!! Maybe he was a shower, but still...it was huge.

I don't have the size hangups that some guys here seem to have... and I wonder why we put pressure on ourselves to conform to some unrealistic ideal penis size? I do Penis Enlargement exercises because it works and I think it is awesome that I can make my penis bigger, but I'm not doing it because I feel like I must conform to some unrealistic standard to be a he-man.

5.5", guys. Don't make yourselves miserable.
