Hey y'all,

It's been a little while since I posted on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], but damn I'm happy to get back to the PE regimen again, and I'm excited to share my experience of hard earning gains through long dedication and hours. No shortcuts in life, and so this applies also to PE.

In this thread I will be starting a 26 week program I call the TenChiGoDokuSei. Translitterated into English, the ideograms mean:
Ten -> Heaven, sky
Chi -> Earth, ground
Go -> self
Doku -> solitude, alone
Sei -> being

It also means "between heaven and earth, I am one sole being". The better interpretation is:

"I am master of my own experiences".


And so my journey will begin as soon as all the hardware arrives, some I already have and others I am acquiring for the purpose of this program.

The basics for this will be:
-Bathmate hydro 40x
-Phallosan [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]forte[/words]
-clamp and silicone sleeves cut to size
-MaleHanger and 20 pounds worth of weights

The more advanced stuff:
-6 months supply of androgel [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]forte[/words]
-6 months HG treatment with a proper clinic that will assess my blood levels, T count and GH count
-BCP157 and TB500 units for recovery

Nutrition:
-red meat and vegetables, eggs, fish and grains
-vitamin rich foods such as fruits, fermented soy, sauerkraut
-Protein shakes

Fitness:
-cycling 3 muscle groups (top, bottom, core) daily or every second day depending on fatigue levels as I go the until failure method for increase in strength instead of bulk.

The regimen

As I have prior experience in PE and have gained from it, I will be using more hardcore techniques so I don't recommend this to any newbie otherwise some might get painful results and never get back to one of the most underestimated and under promoted activities a man can have on a regular basis. It would be a shame to injure your package out of eagerness or zeal and never achieve the goals you set for yourself.

The routine:
-20 minutes hanging starting at 15 pounds twice daily
-2x 15 minutes [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] twice daily, with hardcore pulls
-3x 10 minute clamping and edging every second day
-Wearing [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]forte[/words] for 8 hours minimum at night.

1 rest day (Sunday) will be when I post a youtube with measurement, specifically with a cockring on, and one of my female friends edging me with her signature blowjob. She will take the measurement bone pressed through the fated to the tip, while I stand up. general feel and perspective on the week's workout. - 9-10 inches BPEL (preferably double digit but I am realistic, and this will probably require another year 1/2)
- 6.5 inches EG
- 6.5-7.5 FSL

Current measurement:

I will post this properly once I get all the hardware, my blog setup and ready to start the program. However, on a good day, I measure at 8 BPEL and 6.2 EG. I'm more baseball bat shaped and would like to gain some base girth which is around 6.0, as well as continue to gain girth in the glans area.

Another, more important goal is to harbour a solid erection that will fully take advantage of my potential size. I usually have to wear a cockring to get there. This is probably due to many different stresses attacking me daily, which I am going to offset with a fresh life routine, impulse control reflexes and initiatives.
For example, edging will be a large part of the program, as noted when I do a clamping/edging session and compare climax vs. non climax. The former simply puts your shaft into a lower level of engorgement within 20 minutes whereas the latter can keep the engorgement hours after the exercise. Putting a cockring on helps with keeping it hanging nice and low, provided I regularly exchange blood flow by taking the ring off, squeezing and circulating blood, then putting the ring back on.

The blog will be held at 403 - Forbidden Error and I will post pictures and videos, both here and on the blog.

The end of 2017 is near, and it's always a great time to reflect on what we have experienced, what we want for the next year, and start some new routines and shed those we know have been detrimental to self enhancement, whether academic, spiritual or physical. I hope this program will shed some light on how good the routine may be, whether using BPC157/TB500 and GH treatments will help the healing/growth process, and generally give me the motivation to keep going into the sphere of the 1 in 3 million statistically speaking. Currently I know I am at the 1 in 780 to 3800 mark in length, and that my girth has nothing to be ashamed of. Maybe this program will be a stepping stone to understand how far I can take discipline, dedication and self control to the point where I can get to the pantheon and have a much, much higher level of interest from females I regularly encounter left and right. Life is to be experienced to the fullest, in every sense of the word, and having chicks gawk at your size when you pull it out, even if it's not massive, is a great ego boost as well as an exciting invitation to be a sexual master. it's a very special kind of high to earn their utter worship, as I have experienced since 2014, which is the reason why I stopped PE. I had a very bad breakup which almost killed me, literally. My reaction to it was to go out there and prove myself that I was not a single lady man. The purpose became more of an exploration into the female psyche, body and techniques to enhance my own life as well as theirs. I met a lot of interesting characters throughout, and hope I can share these encounters and philosophical reflectionss without boring you.


Sorry for the long post, but this will only occur once as an introduction to my set program. I hope this will be educating, entertaining, and motivating for anyone who has started to falter or newbies who want to inspire themselves not to let go. Not only do I have a firm belief in PE, I have benefitted from gains. From now those gains might be harder to obtain, but given the right mindset and right effort, I think it is achievable, at a bare minimum an opportunity to stay sharp and focused, not distract oneself with masturbation or rewards with no justification, which is often to prevalent in our modern day world.

Cool man, moving to the progress forum. I would suggest you look into my Progressive Hanging as outlined in my guide and in the sticky thread in the hanging sub forum here. Over time 15lbs will be less add less effective.

Thanks for the info. I've noticed that larger weights have less of a consequence over time and require heavier sets for fatigue to settle in.

Ok,

So some of the hardware has arrived despite the xmas season which is good. I'm still waiting on the Genotropine hgh vials, the BCP-157, TB-500 and I've added pge-1 for keeping a 40-50% plumpness when not exercising. There are many threads on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] and other sites which talk about this with varying results, but most except one thread have had only PGE-1 injections made, without a detailed description of diet/exercise/actibity logs, so I assume there are factors related to getting gains using the chemicals route.

I think that inducing stress on the cross linked collagen lining the tunica using both exercises over lengthy time and activating collagen healing processes with the peptides during nightly recovery times will permeate into keeping a constant low flaccid instead of turtling or shrinkage.

One proof of this is that every time I finish a session of 2 20 minute hangs, 1 mid pressure 30 minute [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] session and 3 edging/clamp sessions, my flaccid stays jelly like for a good amount of time, probably until the next day.

Just recently, I got my gf to inject me with 2.5 MCG of PGE-1, and though the dosage is rather tentative than therapeutic, I kept a 30% erection through the day and night. It's 5 AM here and the effects have subsided, but I've seen around that 88man has kept increasing natural spontaneous erections quite easily after about a month of his routine.

Adding HGH and fast recovery cycles, with continuous stress induction on the tunica will probably prove beneficial. Added that residues of PGE-1 effects will keep blood flow constant may give that required feedback loop between stress, fatigue, regeneration, healing and hopefully growth.

Keep in mind that I'm still researching all peptides, research articles and patens existing out there in regards to the above mix. The testosterone cream may or may not reside in the routine after I see it's effects on me, but it seems that bio-neutral test/HGH will create the youth fountain environment, the BCP/TB the recovery boost and the PGE-1/supplements the constance in circulation and thus carrying of the important hormones.

One last bit of knowledge I believe is important to keep in mind, I think that most of us who were playing with our dicks at a young age and had marathon sessions touching our packages on parent's or friend's parent's pornos may have had an advantage over others who never really cared, which leads me to believe that Rocco Siffredi is a case in point, between genetics and his obsession with his cock, masturbation and constant blood flow into his package at a young age.

Heading to see another girl for bbq and another PGE-1 injection to see the effects of cumulative injections over 24 hours.

In for the progress. Your routine looks pretty amazing. I see your taking HGH and T. What made you choose the andro gel over the IM? What does the HGH involve? I'm getting test from my doctor but never had HGH blood work done. Are you working out as I saw your taking the tb500 and bcp157.

Hi, The HGH is for several reasons:
1-I'm 39 and saw some Joe rogan podcasts talking about all the benefits of a properly monitored HGH treatment. Mood, elevated energy levels, libido, muscle strength and lean mass etc.
2-HGH is also associated to IGF1 release which in my humble opinion may be called wherever there's stress on the body to generate new cells, so my take is that if enough stress is placed on the shaft, tunica and other soft body tissues, they may prompt IGF1 release locally.

The blood tests are tantamount as if you have cancer markers, this will cause them to multiply just as much as healthy cells.
 
So, just a quick update:

Received some extra silicone sleeves for the hanging and all day wear. Typically I would wear a sleeve cut to size to keep the shaft elongated throughout the day. It's easy to wear and take off when I need to go to the loo, and it avoids any turtling which can occur after a hanging session.

Still waiting on the peptides and injectables, but this is the new year (BTW, may 2018 bring you lots of gains, pussies and health :).

Finally, I will be adding PGE-1 to my regiment. I will go progressively towards maximising expansion during my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words]/clamping sessions, or keep edging during the time of erection after each PGE-1 injection and see if this helps over time. I have read from 88man's progress that his spontaneous erection qualities got better and it seems he has gained some length and girth with no exercising. Maybe combined with the cycle of stress>repair>expansion>stress I can keep transferring any IGF1 towards the shaft on my off gym days.

Where did you get your silicone sleeves you mentioned 8up? My 1st attempt at ordering one turned out bad as I ended up with a sleeve that was so stiff it could have been used as a sex toy for women, lol. I have found a site that sells them (Flaccidjackit.com) but have not had a chance to order them yet.
 
The routine looks awesome. And very interesting take on PE. I'm personally more of a 'do the physical work' kind of PE guy, so I'm hesitant with the chemical side of PE

but regardless I look forward to your progress activity

i'm just curious, meanwhile you are waiting for stuff to arrive are you doing any physical PE like some of the tools/exercises in your basic and advanced routine?
