It's been a little while since I posted on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], but damn I'm happy to get back to the PE regimen again, and I'm excited to share my experience of hard earning gains through long dedication and hours. No shortcuts in life, and so this applies also to PE.
In this thread I will be starting a 26 week program I call the TenChiGoDokuSei. Translitterated into English, the ideograms mean:
Ten -> Heaven, sky
Chi -> Earth, ground
Go -> self
Doku -> solitude, alone
Sei -> being
It also means "between heaven and earth, I am one sole being". The better interpretation is:
"I am master of my own experiences".
And so my journey will begin as soon as all the hardware arrives, some I already have and others I am acquiring for the purpose of this program.
The basics for this will be:
-Bathmate hydro 40x

The more advanced stuff:

-6 months HG treatment with a proper clinic that will assess my blood levels, T count and GH count
-BCP157 and TB500 units for recovery
Nutrition:
-red meat and vegetables, eggs, fish and grains
-vitamin rich foods such as fruits, fermented soy, sauerkraut
-Protein shakes
Fitness:
-cycling 3 muscle groups (top, bottom, core) daily or every second day depending on fatigue levels as I go the until failure method for increase in strength instead of bulk.
The regimen
As I have prior experience in PE and have gained from it, I will be using more hardcore techniques so I don't recommend this to any newbie otherwise some might get painful results and never get back to one of the most underestimated and under promoted activities a man can have on a regular basis. It would be a shame to injure your package out of eagerness or zeal and never achieve the goals you set for yourself.
The routine:
-20 minutes hanging starting at 15 pounds twice daily

-3x 10 minute clamping and edging every second day

1 rest day (Sunday) will be when I post a youtube with measurement, specifically with a cockring on, and one of my female friends edging me with her signature blowjob. Current measurement:
I will post this properly once I get all the hardware, my blog setup and ready to start the program. However, on a good day, I measure at 8 BPEL and 6.2 EG. I'm more baseball bat shaped and would like to gain some base girth which is around 6.0, as well as continue to gain girth in the glans area.
Another, more important goal is to harbour a solid erection that will fully take advantage of my potential size. I usually have to wear a cockring to get there. This is probably due to many different stresses attacking me daily, which I am going to offset with a fresh life routine, impulse control reflexes and initiatives.
For example, edging will be a large part of the program, as noted when I do a clamping/edging session and compare climax vs. non climax. The former simply puts your shaft into a lower level of engorgement within 20 minutes whereas the latter can keep the engorgement hours after the exercise. Putting a cockring on helps with keeping it hanging nice and low, provided I regularly exchange blood flow by taking the ring off, squeezing and circulating blood, then putting the ring back on.

The end of 2017 is near, and it's always a great time to reflect on what we have experienced, what we want for the next year, and start some new routines and shed those we know have been detrimental to self enhancement, whether academic, spiritual or physical. I hope this program will shed some light on how good the routine may be, whether using BPC157/TB500 and GH treatments will help the healing/growth process, and generally give me the motivation to keep going into the sphere of the 1 in 3 million statistically speaking. Currently I know I am at the 1 in 780 to 3800 mark in length, and that my girth has nothing to be ashamed of. Maybe this program will be a stepping stone to understand how far I can take discipline, dedication and self control to the point where I can get to the pantheon and have a much, much higher level of interest from females I regularly encounter left and right. Life is to be experienced to the fullest, in every sense of the word, and having chicks gawk at your size when you pull it out, even if it's not massive, is a great ego boost as well as an exciting invitation to be a sexual master. it's a very special kind of high to earn their utter worship, as I have experienced since 2014, which is the reason why I stopped PE. I had a very bad breakup which almost killed me, literally. My reaction to it was to go out there and prove myself that I was not a single lady man. The purpose became more of an exploration into the female psyche, body and techniques to enhance my own life as well as theirs. I met a lot of interesting characters throughout, and hope I can share these encounters and philosophical reflectionss without boring you.
Sorry for the long post, but this will only occur once as an introduction to my set program. I hope this will be educating, entertaining, and motivating for anyone who has started to falter or newbies who want to inspire themselves not to let go. Not only do I have a firm belief in PE, I have benefitted from gains. From now those gains might be harder to obtain, but given the right mindset and right effort, I think it is achievable, at a bare minimum an opportunity to stay sharp and focused, not distract oneself with masturbation or rewards with no justification, which is often to prevalent in our modern day world.
