Temporary immediate pumping gains,how much?
I've seen an inch in temporary girth before, and it's not uncommon. A plethora of people on here will tell you that they've had similar gains.

always been a quarter of an inch for me with pumping. I tried to do it longer but it just ended up all swollen with fluid and not real expansion imo
I only get up to an inch in expansion when I use the bathmate extreme. With the mityvac, I get 0.5 and some times 0.75.
