I gained some from the Max-Extender several years ago when I would use it for a few hours each night but didn't use it for months on end. The trick with these things is getting one that is very comfortable without a noose and using it for at least 5-7 hours each day for 6 months and you will see really good length gains .. I'm confident on that and you can quote me on it!
