Hi Guys,

I was wondering, since the suspensory ligament is at the top of the penis, Wouldnt the best stretch be to pull downwards or straight behind???

Wouldnt this make the stretching straight out and upwards ineffective???
 
it is a good idea to get familar with the lot theory, if for nothing else but to understand the physics of stretching.

I had a question which is inline with this thread. If I take my erect unit, and tuck it between my legs and lock them, similar to fowfer, except only forcing the erect unit below the 6 oclock position. WIll that over time stretch the suspensitory ligs?

I want a lowered erection angle, and if I get some inner penis with that too it will be a bonus.

I just wanted your remarks on this.

By all means but it is a risky exercise so use extreme caution. I sometimes practice the same exercise but I am very aware of my penis and it's limits.

Yeah Im guessing that stretching downwards is the only real effective stretch that can be done.

according to where the ligaments are, stretching upwards is completly useless

DLD actually never stretched upwards during phase 1 because he made changes to phase 1 after he did it.

No, I did do upward stretching but my stretching was predominately downward. I think it is important that guys stretch at every angle during length work. This will ensure every possible gain point is met.

Your erection angle has a lot to do with the shape of your tunica. You need to look closely at how your penis exits the body. Stretching your ligs straight down will bring out more length, but if the shape of your tunica aims up it wont likely affect your EA. If the shape of your tunica is straight out then lengthening your ligs may drop your EA. Every person is very different in this situation. Regardless, you should do a lot of downward stretching, it sounds like you have a lot of gains to come from your ligs! Just be careful not to hurt them!

As DLD said, maximum gains will be achieved buy stretching in all directions!

I always think the penis appears to look longer when the erection angle is low. As long as you can get rock hard the angle means little.
