Supra finally starts Phase 1!!!

I finally did it, DLD talked me into starting manuals. I thought I was a big dog cause I can hang 20lbs and could go to right to Phase 2-4 right off the bat. Yea right. I could not handle it, lol, I started with Phase 1. Let me tell you it was awesome. I have never felt my internal penis get pulled out like that before. I did all of this under my heat lamp as well. I will do this for 4-6 weeks until moving on to phase 2.

I used two latex gloves, one for each hand for the best grip you can ge,t and and to make it a little more intense for myself I also did reverse kegal’s. Right now I have this weird feeling inside my internal penis. I feel amazing. I will incorporate phase 1 into my hanging routine. After I was done I did some edging as well. I am sold for life on manuals!! They are awesome. Thanks DLD for making me a believer.

I sometimes go back and do PHASE 1 as a refresher course. Going back to visit thhe old school is sometimes just the right medicine.

Yes, PHASE 5 will be going up soon. I hope to have it installed before the end of February.

I pumped up about phase 5, but I'm really looking forward to phase 25. However, I'm a little concerned about my glans getting road rash should I take a cruise on a motorcycle. lol

Seriously man, keep it up. The more good shit you can come up with, the better.
 
Good tip on using the latex gloves Supra,

I tried that out and it seemed to do the trick. My hands and fingers are all calloused from years of heavy lifting and guitar playing.

I even used the gloves while jelqing, helped out tremendously. Just the grip I was looking for.
 
Talked to DLD today. Going to do phase 1 stretches twice a day and only measure flaccid stretch from now on, and measure everyday nothing else, becasue all I am focusing on is length. Thanks DLD for the advice, just had a great phase 1 stretch. He said if I do this I will see gains for sure. Thanks a lot DLD!

    If I'm thinking about getting either the phallosan or extender pro and have a lynx traction device in the meantime, do I need to keep the area warm? And should I do it preferably after some manual stretches?
