I was wondering about something: Where is the best place to place your grip when stretching? Because i have difficulties with having a good grip.
So now when i try to grip at the red spot, so just behind my glans, my hand always slips away, and if i grip with more force, i end up crushing my glans, which isn't really nice. I always pull my skin over my glans that way.
At the green spot, is a bit better, but im not sure if it is effective if i grip there? Because i think i dont feel the right ligments stretching. Sometimes i do this stretch, and i feel a good stretch inside. But because of the grip problem, i dont really feel that.
The amount of force is good when i feel this inside stretch. But i only can hold up for like 5-10 seconds before either my hand slips away or my glans hurts/gets all red.
so my actual 2 questions are:
1. Where should i grip: at the red spot or green.
2. What grip manner is the best(toilet paper didn't work that wel)
