I was wondering about something: Where is the best place to place your grip when stretching? Because i have difficulties with having a good grip.

So now when i try to grip at the red spot, so just behind my glans, my hand always slips away, and if i grip with more force, i end up crushing my glans, which isn't really nice. I always pull my skin over my glans that way.

At the green spot, is a bit better, but im not sure if it is effective if i grip there? Because i think i dont feel the right ligments stretching. Sometimes i do this stretch, and i feel a good stretch inside. But because of the grip problem, i dont really feel that.

The amount of force is good when i feel this inside stretch. But i only can hold up for like 5-10 seconds before either my hand slips away or my glans hurts/gets all red.
so my actual 2 questions are:

1. Where should i grip: at the red spot or green.
2. What grip manner is the best(toilet paper didn't work that wel)

You can grip at either place, whatever is more comfortable for you. Have you tried baby powder? For most this gives the best grip. If you want to try gloves, they too work well...look for surgical latex gloves, dish washing gloves or leather batting or gold gloves.

Very normal. Any time you constrict blood flow there will be temporary discoloration. You are fine!
 
yo dld about a couple of weeks ago there was bleed from my urethra as a result of strecting
but whenever i do girth work there is never any blood

i want more length HELP!!!!

Happens to many Penis Enlargement'ers, including myself. Most likely a small tear in the urethra or meatus. A week off stretching will repair itself.
 
I have also used a square of toilet paper or a bit of paper towel to really get a good grip just behind the glands. Using a bit of either really helps grip and it absorbs the sweat that always happens and causes slippage. Just change to a new piece every few minutes and you will be set. Gloves can work well too but not as stealthy.
 
One technique that works for me for stretching is start as close to the base as possible and perform one set of stretches there, then move towards the head about an inch or so-one finger width for me- and then continue on until I've reached the head.

To maintain a good grip I'll kegel blood into my penis until the volume from my grip point to the head is almost at a full erection level, gripping tightly to prevent outflow, this "bulbous end" acts as a damn good anchor. It also isolates the vast majority of the stretch into the tunica & septum- away from the skin.

Very good idea as this will give a few different stretching positions which may benefit one or all places of gain. Coupled with multiple angles this will cover all areas of gain.

Grip questions seem to pop up with extreme regularity and I got sick of paging back through old posts to find this one; so I finally dug my head outta ass, along with my really meager computer skills, and set it up in my sig. Now; I am soooo sickeningly full of myself: gloating about my signature genius!
