How often do you stretch?
Is everyday good or is it overkill?
I used to jelq every other day, and it worked well for me. Jelqing everyday was too much for me.
So if I start stretching everyday, will it be too much for me, are rest days recommended? I don't want to overtrain but I want to train my unit to the maximum potential.
I also can't combine jelqing and stretching in a routine because whenever I do, I become very injury prone.
I want to start focusing in stretching for a while becaus I always neglected that part of pe.
