I've seen that a lot of you guys have a sh*tload of exercises for length - stretching in all kinds of angles, hanging etc etc etc. Is this really necessary? I made a thread some time ago about doing footlongs only, and DLD said it would work.

But does anyone here know if there would be a noticeable difference in gains doing many exercises vs doing only one or two?

The idea of making gains in stretching is usually a variety of angles (particularly in the beginning). Footlong Stretches are an incredible stretch but it is best to supplement that with an opposite angle, ie: BTC. Hitting multiple angles means tapping into multiple length gains of different position. You will gain with Footlongs alone, or any other stretch for that matter but it is best to make a routine that has multiple angles. The best angular routine would be the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words], I would suggest employing some of those angles with the Footlongs to make it most producing. Could you give me the link where I said to do strictly Fottlongs?

Oh, ok.

No, you didn't tell me to do footlongs only, you told me footlongs would make me a foot long (more like a joke, I think.) I didn't read it like you were recommending footlongs only, I was just looking for an easy way out cuz I'm having a hard time sticking to a routine with a lot of exercises. Here's the thread: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...utine-with-footlong-stretches-only&highlight=

I read all over the place that people are having a hard time gaining girth, but that have been the easiest part for me. I've gained about an inch in girth the last 3-4 years, hardly doing anything else than jelqs, forgetting to do my workouts etc.. I probably do about 50 20 minute workouts a year or something.. lol.. I was kinda hoping I would gain length just as easy, doing footlongs only.

OK, I see the comment:) Thanks for the link. I would continue with the Footlongs but I would also include some other angles. Gaining length becomes a task that will involve multiple exercises to accomplish fastest. If you are only looking for length at this point I would jump head first into the SRT Theory: Maximizing gains and Healing using the length portion only.

It's a great question.

My personal opinion is that you can make great gains (talking 1 inch in length and girth) with just [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] (stretches and jelqs) by simply upping the reps and time when you first plateau. What then tends to happen is that people start adding routines in which is a good idea although from what i have seen many people seem to add too many and too fast.

The other reason for the large number of exercises is also because some people like solely manual routines, some devices and some mixed.
