Gonna have to be a little more specific.....some history.......when and how you noticed this.......when, and how it was stretchy before.......and general routine.

Hey Mike, This happens most of the time because of fatigue but it is east to remedy by doing Bundled Stretches before every workout. The Tunica can become very tight and cause a feeling of hardness but once the Tunica is stretched it will loosen this for you.

Definitely. Five minutes of a hot wrap right before Bundles and everything will loosen up. Do not feel discouraged in any way, every one of us has gone through this, it happens in the early stages of PE. I remember for me it was quite scary at first but as time progressed it disappeared. What I did, that I think had a HUGE difference in this issue for me was using a heating pad all day, whenever I was not training. My penis was always malleable and stretchable after I started using the heating pad.

Yes. There may be a time where you don't feel like warming up and thats normal. I'm beyond the warm up phase. I don't really need it anymore and I still gain but it's still very much a factor when it comes to gains. Especially as a newbie.

A warm up can be very simple too if no heat or the like is available. Some light stretching or pumping will prime the penis for training. Even Bundled Stretches are starting to be used as a warm-up.

I'd like to know what your gains are now bro. For the stuff penis, you can warm up with warm water for about 10 to 15 mins
 
Stiffness in stretching can also be associate with a tight Tunica. Pre-Stretching the Tunica before training will loosen that felling and give you a much better stretch. Doing Bundled Stretches, preferably with a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words], will quickly loosen the dense Tunica and start to deliver faster gains without all the stiffness.
