My god doing stretches has really hurt me, more inflamation, major vein growth, discolouration. This is all i seem to get from Pe with absolutely no growth. I warm up all the time quite sufficiently, is it possible to just work with Jelqs. Also does diet affect Penis Enlargement (what you eat, not something you are on to lose weight). At the moment i really am doubting if Penis Enlargement will work for me, or if i will lose the use of my penis all together.

Penis Enlargement does come with some issues as you have described which is all normal. All of these issues subside after some time... How long have you trained?
 
been going now for four weeks. My major concern was always girth my sats are npel 5.5 eg 4.4. i seem to be having no joy with the jelqs, tried some squeezes - nothing. thinking that perhaps it may be my body type. As a person i am not flexible in the slightest. Been doing mainly your original routine. I understand that injury is a part of Penis Enlargement, but when you stats dont change at all and your penis looks like its gone through the grinder you start to wonder. Maybe im not doing the jelq correctly, dont but i need GIRTH

some people gain gain an inch in a month, however, it took me 2 months to notice 0.1 gain, so just keep going mate :)

Yes it is. I've never been fond of stretching (can't get the grip right so it just hurts my frenulum which has a slight damage as it is) so all the length I've gained in the past 3 years have all been about jelqing and doing ULIs basically. But you'll gain length easier if you also stretch.

4 weeks is nothing, you haven't even gotten used to doing the exercises yet. Some people seem to gain in spurts while other gain slowly but fairly consistently. Right now all you're doing is feeding yourself negativity based on not living up to inflated expectations. I gained nothing for about 7 weeks when I got back into Penis Enlargement a few years ago and I knew what I was doing since I was coming back to it. Give yourself time and don't expect things to happen overnight, this takes time. No go jelq!!
 
You need a little while for the softer tissues to become used to the stress of Penis Enlargement. Once you are conditioned, you will be able to Penis Enlargement with the high intensity needed to produce fast gains.
 
What would you say it's your erection level when jelquing?

Jelquing for girth is about expandind the tissues, and for that I'd reccomend about 80% erection (varies for each guy, so find your own ideal level). Your shaft should really engorge with each stroke, so tissues must be pliable enough too.

Look for expansion, not only for a worked out feeling.
 
It's nice to see so many guys giving advice...that is what a support group is all about, keep it up!:)
 
Hey guys thanks for the advice and support, had a good jelq session today, upped the intesity a little. A negative attitude will only make matters worse, thankfully there always a group of people on this site with sound advice ready and waiting. However i was a little intrigued by vindicators post on huge gain in length and girth just using stretch and 10% jelq. Could someone perhaps explain how this method worked.
