is the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] supposed to take the place of manuals. and how hard when doing regular manuals should u pull. i pull pretty hard and im very strong but, i get scared when i pull sometimes. also thanks dld for the blasters. greatest excersise. also sorry , if i just train length will i lose my girth cause i just want more length.

thnks man. honestly ive gaines some noticable girth just from streatching. very noticable. but i dont need anymoe girth. thanks again.

Girth is so separate from length. Some guys think that they can cut corners and only do length or girth exercises and make the goals that they desire...it is not true. Making a complete enlargement between girth and length depends on a routine that addresses both.

If you only desire length then the Power Assit workouts will accomplish that but girth gains depend on girth exercises.
 
yeah thats what im sayin. i just want some inches. if i can gain2 ill have 10 nd i think ill b happy. but i really have gotten very noticable girth from my length excersises
