When I do a jelq or a simple stretch my penis goes into a erection quick. How do I stop it because you can't really exercise with a erect penis. Is there any tricks or tips. No I am not sexually active right now and I don't masturbate. Also is it okay to jelq with a 95% erection? I heard if you don't get results with lower erections you should try it with more stronger erections. Maybe I could reduce the time. Please help! I really can't exercise with the erect penis unless you know an exercises you can with!
 
it will take a short while for your dick to differentiate between you touching it in a sexual manner, and gripping it for manual exercises.

pretty much everyone has to get through this transitional phase, so don't become frustrated and feel as though you're wasting valued time.

when it gets hard; try to relax, concentrate on visualizing blood leaving your penis, and then continue where you left off... trust, it will all come together and your body and mind will learn.

If you have regular sex or no objections to masturbating, try ejaculating prior to your Penis Enlargement sessions. You can also use a desensitizing cream to help. Jelqing with a full erection can cause injury, and it's not as effective as jelqing with a semi (50-75% erection).

I have ALWAYS did girth work with a full erection. It has always been extremely effective for me. You do need to be a bit more careful while training but it is a good way to train girth. I have always looked at girth as if my penis is at 100% erect and I am able to expand this beyond the 100% mark I am making much more progress than training at 80% and expanding to 100%...Make sense?

I wasn't gaining real good solid girth till I started to jelq at with at least 90% of an erection. Also I don't have any fluid build-up anymore. When I jelqed at lower erections fluid build-up ALWAYS took place. : /
