When I do a jelq or a simple stretch my penis goes into a erection quick. How do I stop it because you can't really exercise with a erect penis. Is there any tricks or tips. No I am not sexually active right now and I don't masturbate. Also is it okay to jelq with a 95% erection? I heard if you don't get results with lower erections you should try it with more stronger erections. Maybe I could reduce the time. Please help!
