I gain length poor.
I must have strong ligs as I have hammered it in the past, tryed the gentle approach even.
But I have found that doing
BTC [Behind the cheek] stretching, I started to gain, albeit in slow increments.
I have since ditched
hanging....only as I am doing a diff' thing at the moment...I swap my routines around alot.
But I rec' you goto the
hanging section....find the
BTC post or fulcrum post...summut named similer.......and make ya self a AFB
hanger.....VERY EASY INDEED.....Ya do not need screws of jack shit.....I mention a site togo ta with tha details.
I used that to gain with.
I have strong ligs and that worked for me.
X 2 20 minute 10lb sessions each day....but I'd say do X4 if you can....I didnt have the time.
Dont do any more...you will overtrain the ligs.
