thanks everybody for the kind replies i hope people who are starting with PE could see these kind of posts and verify that PE is possible and that here they can find the tools to start themselves using it. Lately i've been using my belly to pivot with my elbow and give every stretch some extra strength. now i get one handed stretches that are harder than two handed stretches without using any pivot. I am not a very strong guy and found that trying to stretch i was getting into some awkward positions that didnt put any force into the stretch and that one works for me.
