Never got a good pump from my beginner one and went to clamp instead of it.

It is a battle my Brother, I know! If I can get through the day without lusting too much I am good. But if I allow myself to mentally engage, as I did tday(headbang) I end up messing up. But the biggest think to look at is you are better than you were and you keep getting better. Learn the triggers and try to avoid them. It’s tough but it is a journey well worth taking. It teaches discipline and control. It also requires you to attain errections mentaly, the old fashioned way using your mind. (PE Jedi) ? when you fall don’t wallow in guilt or disappointment, ain’t worth it. Reset and keep on going!

Sometimes or should I say some days I begin to get frustrated easily or if I am easily loosing my temper I know I need to get one out. Sometimes the anger is worse than the adult entertainment, use your discretion.

Also remember, saying “I Quit” is a Law and laws are made for what? Exactly! No laws, no rules, trust yourself.

I also fell last night also! It must’ve been something in the air LOL. For me what happened yesterday that caused me to fall was I was very frustrated and even the smallest thing was getting me upset. So I bit the bullet and I did the thing I hate to do but I saw this as the lesser of two evils (so to speak). Afterwords instant regret but I did not wallow in it, I want to Jesus and I said thank you for forgiving me of all of my sins! We’re never going to be perfect we live in a fallen world. Never be hard on yourself when you fall as God is right there with his hand to pick you right back up so you can keep on going. As I said this is a tough challenge and one that should be done in trust of yourself not as a rule. Rules are meant to be broken so they truly never work. So as I said pick yourself up, brush yourself off and keep on going.
 
I will try to upload update pics in the next hours, lets go dld, go for the 3 month period with me. Take on jumping rope like me, i am not kidding, trying to lose weight i find its a good method i can assure from past experience. It also might help with emotional issues, just jump the shit outta that rope for 30 mins, almost the same as my stretching routine, stretch the shit outta my cock for 30 mins.

Wow! Do you have an amazing length all ready! Getting to your desired goals is going to be a snap. Using SRT you’ll reach 9 inches within three months. If you keep at it and you keep progressive with your intensity you can game that last inch inside of the year.
 
This is the grip i used to use for stretching, i dont remember who posted it here first, he named it the middle finger stretch, this is the way i understood it so heres some pics for you brothers to get an idea of it. If you are interested or think im doing something wrong
 
This is the way i use it now i start it like the middle finger stretch but replace the index finger with my thumb and form an ok sign with my middle finger and thumb, that way i think i get a much stronger grip
 
What ever way gives you the most intensity, use that grip. Because everybody is different when it comes to grip and some find more comfort in one way or the other. And for those who can’t grip or loose grip easily They should get a Lengthmaster so they will never slip again.
 
SRT is giving me great results, basically im using my dick as a theraband for 5 mins everytime i go to the bathroom i also have a 30 min long stretch everyday, the cockring and going commando are helping aswell

thanks everybody for the kind replies i hope people who are starting with PE could see these kind of posts and verify that PE is possible and that here they can find the tools to start themselves using it. Lately i've been using my belly to pivot with my elbow and give every stretch some extra strength. now i get one handed stretches that are harder than two handed stretches without using any pivot. I am not a very strong guy and found that trying to stretch i was getting into some awkward positions that didnt put any force into the stretch and that one works for me.
