soreness??

just wondering if anyone knows what causes you to get sore after sex. i used to be pretty good, but now i have sex twice and i get sore. its also affected by my pe workouts, e.g. if i jelq then have sex - ill be mega sore!! also if you have any ideas on how to reduce it? cheers?
 
Sex can sometimes have similar aspects to pe, extremely hard erections, tight strokes, etc. and this can cause soreness. I used to get this when I actually had sex:s
 
Where do you get sore? Frenulum? Foreskin? Using lube, or extensive foreplay to warm your girl up can definitely help. And of course, abstinence will help - although I know no-one wants to hear that! I've been dealing with almost perpetual soreness for the past year or so, even though me and the gf weren't having sex that often (couple of times a week at most). But a full 2 weeks off recently really helped alleviate the problem.

its always after i cum. it feels like a deep tunica soreness (like doing too many jelqs)
