DLD's message box is full !!

so i heard that this stretch is the best for lenght. i have 4.5 months of PE.
the instructions are doing 5 secs of stretch with kegel and 5 secs with RK, and do 50 reps of that.
i need to do that on a row ? or leave after the RK?
and if i just start this routine i need to do 50 reps or start from 20 (for example) and my goal is 50 reps ?

and someone tried this routine? what your gains from that?
u know a better stretch routine ?

Yes, in a row. The purpose is the completely exhaust your Pelvic Floor muscle to get the best stretch. :)

Well- exact numbers are not what you should follow the most (since it may take you 10 to exhaust your PC and it may take me 50 to exhaust mine- depends on level of PE), but I think you should be aiming at 50 :).

Kegels in Blasters are a precursor to the stretch, an effort to exhaust the PC muscles to have less resistance to the stretch, the reverse kegels are used throughout the exercise to further put the PC muscles into suBathmateission allowing for pure ligament stretch.

When I was doing that exercises, I didn't Kegel or RK. I did the exercise with the length master. You can view my length master videos.
