DLD's message box is full !!
so i heard that this stretch is the best for lenght. i have 4.5 months of PE.
the instructions are doing 5 secs of stretch with kegel and 5 secs with RK, and do 50 reps of that.
i need to do that on a row ? or leave after the RK?
and if i just start this routine i need to do 50 reps or start from 20 (for example) and my goal is 50 reps ?
and someone tried this routine? what your gains from that?
