Smoking ciggs...

This has probably been posted already in the past. But I'll just post anyway.

Ive been smoking for almost 2 1/2 years now...Prior to getting addicted, Id smoke maybe 2-3 times a week...meaning only smoking 1 cigg at a given time.

So my first year of smoking ciggs, I didnt smoke much at all. I didnt need it really. Now I did get into [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] at that same time. My starting erect size was a 5.3 erect and about 5.0 erect girth.

I stopped Penis Enlargement for a long time...on and off. And after about a year and half of on and of Penis Enlargement and smoking nonstop...my penis shrinked .5 in erect length...girth stayed about the same tho. Reason being, smoking makes your blood vessels shrink and so it constricts blood flow

Losing weight does help tremendously but I never had a weight problem...my problem is smoking...so all of this Penis Enlargement work goes down the drain.

I got this book by Allen Carr "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking" Ive heard many great testimonials about it so I am going to start reading. Cause my erections right now are considerably softer...before I wasnt seeing these kinds of effects but NOW I am after 2 1/2 years of chain smoking.

So for all you smokers, Ill be the guinea pig and try this book out and will get back to you on it. Seriously, smoking kills for sure....but I am more concerned about my penis...lol.

2-3 times a week? that's nothing, you should've see my dad before..like 1 whole package a day. Nowadays it's like 2/3 of a package a day.

Sir i know guys who smoke for years and many packs and they have good erection,maybe is not very healthy for the penis but i think that is very dipent to person.I was 17,18 years old(before starting Pe)and i had very poor erection from many jerking sessions from 8 years.Thanks

when I quit, I tried to do 1 less cig per day every week. Then I got it to only smoking when I was drinking which took forever to kick. The gum works pretty well I must say.

I dont believe smoking has any effect on Penis Enlargement what so ever. But its good to quit for health benefits I guess. Myself, been smokin, been gaining.

I gave up cigs many years ago...damn tough thing. I had tried many times before I eventually succeeded. For me, all that worked was absolute willpower and cold turkey. You have to program your brain to believe that you are a non-smoker at the very moment you decide to be.

From there, its all down hill. If you make it through the first hour, you know you can handle the toughest craving you will ever have. Then you make it through the first day. Then the first week. Then the first month.

It was literally years before I got to where I never thought about smoking again. I used to smoke in my dreams...no kidding! Its a powerful addiction, but you are more powerful than nicotine.

i smoked for 10 years and quit 4 months ago.

i quit usin a drug called ZIBAN which u take for 6 weeks but u quit in 12 days.

amazinly easy to quit with ziban, wonder drug. google it

I have smoked my entire Penis Enlargement and have never seen a lack of gains. Perhaps if I did not smoke I would see better gains (maybe 8" gains)
