After about 15minutes my skin is pulling upwards into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] which is causing a pinching feeling and irritating the hell out of me. Its a struggle to finish a session due to the pain/irritation being caused by this. Any suggestions on how to prevent the skin from my sack from creeping up into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]?

Do you wrap before using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]? Try that. There are quite a bit of different wrapping techniques here on the board. Many people are having great success with a Velcro strap. I haven't been able to try this yet because I can't find the right Velcro here in Taiwan. I use the foam piece then put the self adhesive wrap around that. Works ok, but I still get some slippage. I can wear for an hour, sometimes 2.
Another member, Supra, is using a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]vlc[/words] tugged, which looks super comfortable. I may give that a try as well.

Do you use any sort of pre-wrap? DLD uses theraband.
Something else I try to do is stretch my penis out and wrap, try to get rid of some loose skin.

I have solved this problem for myself, maybe it will work for you too: I simply wrapped the BASE with gauze. This adds friction (the base is much more slippery than a wrap) so the skin is less likely to "creep up". It also creates a much more comfortable pad at the base, including on the scrotum, and it's just more comfortable. Even the smallest wrinkle in the skin can cause pain even with the lightest tension whether it is hanging or extending. I had HUGE issues with this when I first started hanging. Stillwantmore gave me some advice on wrapping correctly and once I mastered this I could go extremely intense with no pinching. My wrap was very basic but effective. I would wrap once around my penis with theraban (or the like). This wrap is vital that it is smooth and without any bunching or folds. After that is on I will wrap 2-3 times with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace Bandage[/words] (2"). From there I attach the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] and there is no pinching. Also, switching to the velcro attachment really helps too as it hold tight and secure without fuss allowing you to have a stress free, awesome session.
@crazydoc- yeah you know exactly what im talking about with the pinching/burning feeling. I am def gonna try wrapping the base of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] with something to create friction.
@DLD- My wrapping isnt causing the pinching...my wrapping is on point! lol....after i read up on the velcro mod i picked it up about 2 weeks ago and everything has been great after that. My issue was with skin from my balls getting pinched in the base of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]...but i think what crazydoc said is going to help alot...maybe since the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] is smooth & i sweat during a session this causes my skin to slip upwards...so i believe the friction will help alot.

I placed moleskin around the base of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and it's worked wonders. I don't know when I'll have to replace it since I'll be wearing it in the summer heat but I figure a little alcohol rub after I take it off to clean off the glue will help. I haven't had that burning sensation as much because that's been the point at which my skin contacts it. Now I know if my ligs are stretching or not!
moleskin? i have no clue what that is but if it works then great! Today i actually put a sock in between my penis and the base of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] and i am not experiencing any pain. I am not able to angle it as far down as i would like, but it beats suffering through a session....Plus i can focus on the stretch rather then the pain.

And to afewmoreinches: Moleskin is like a 2nd skin, it's for blisters-so you'd find it in the pharmacy area of the supermarket or walmart in a foot care area. Hikers use it a lot. It is smooth on one side and very sticky on the other, like tape. It could be cut to size for the base ring for sure. Good call qwerty
