My head no longer gets cold or numb. So not I am able to stretch with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] even more. It is totally awesome to see myself stretched even further than I was ever able to. Now the problem is at the base where it is against my fat pad, it gets sore and it seems as though my skin gets somewhat sore because now I am putting more stretch/pressure. Is there anyway to make the base more comfortable. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

I use some cut out from a sheet of foam, I think it's some insulation material or packaging. (Use it as wrapping material too) It's similar to the original (and useless) foarm ring that comes with the package just more durable and a little more rigid (bigger pores).

Just cut out a circle in the middle, put your stuff through and use it as you used to. You have to use some little shorter bars to compensate for the padding.

Once I have everything situated I usually take a bit of vitamin e cream and smear it under/over the base.

eBay, don't remember where exactly but it shouldn't be hard to find. I think the company where I got it from also sells mattresses and sound proofing.

You might try weather stripping(foam tape) as well. Can almost get that anywhere and it would be much cheaper than eBay/amazon/any place online(since you wont need much of it).

Yeah (windows/doors/cracks/automotive/sound reduction/etc). Just like duct tape. not just for ducts. So basically can be used for any application. Just have to find the right Width/Height to fit.

Personally I prefer nothing between the base and my skin/pelvic bone.

The initial discomfort dissipates after your penis starts to stretch to that length.

Also, I move the unit about which removes the pressure from that spot.

Sometimes you just have to tough it out.

I would think that this has a great deal to do with how much fat pad or muscle that someone may have at the base.
