Every day, I'm reading lots of post on forum, and I was wondering about that.
Can I gain, I mean get good result, by only doing the phase that the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] site give ? I explain myself. I saw lots of post with people saying : doing more than a session a day, clamp, hanging, [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]... etc....
Right now I'm doing phase 1 stretch ( down, str8, and up, each side), it take arround 30 min, and then doing 300+ jelq. I cant go more than that... i'm working and then go to teh gym for 2 h so i have no more free time.... so i was wondering if I can see great result ...

I've already gain a few MM.. pretty happy,I hang lower and my sac is lower too.... I was wondering if i could expect good result without adding Penis Enlargement time.

when i first started i was doing the routine very similar to what you describe. as my penis became more accustomed to the stretching i added rotary and behing the ass stretches and upped the amount of jelqs i do. at that point i noticed my penis getting more sore after working out, which i think was a sign of results.

i would suggest doing that and upping your routine until you can feel something happening.

other members have great results with hanging and clamping but imo these are more frightening excersizes which i would not need to utilize to see the modest goals i have placed for myself
