Maximize use with the SiliSleevs by following this guide below.

Make sure your entire penis is shaved clean of hairs
Hairs will create loss of grip with SiliSleev

Make sure your penis is clean, dry and free of oil
If you put lotion on your skin, this will cause loss of grip . Your skin also has a natural oil that can cause loss of grip . You want to maximize grip . We strongly recommend cleaning and drying your penis then using MOSGrip to remove all the natural oils of your skin and create a tack for maximum grip . Sweat causes slippage as well, MOSgrip also helps eliminate sweat under the SIliSleev .

Make sure your SiliSleevs are clean, dried and powdered with MOSGrip
Dirty oily SiliSleevs with pubic hairs in them will cause loss of grip . Make sure your SiliSleevs are clean, dried and powdered before each use.

What does the SiliSleev do?
SiliSleevs have multiple uses for penis enlargement and tissue healing including...

1) Cementing penis gains after exercise by keeping the penis in a extended state as your tissue heals.

2) Reducing fluid retention and bruising while using vacuum or hydro penis pumps. Fluid retention causes un-wanted deformities of the penis such as a donut effect and the SiliSleev applies even pressure across the entire shaft to eliminate this.

3) Use as a gripping wrap to protect and de-sensitize the penis while using exercise devices such as penis extenders, penis hangers, vacuum belt extenders the LengthMaster, etc.

Can I use SiliSleev for manual penis stretching?
Yes, they can be used for manual stretching for better grip and reduce sensitivity to the penis.

Can I use SiliSleev for penis jelqing?
The long SiliSleeve 145 can be used to add resistance to your penis jelqing sessions.
The regular SiliSleev 85 can be lubricated to move up and down the shaft during jelqing sessions. Use with the SiliRing for expansion.

Do I need additional wraps when using the SiliSleev as a wrap?
In most cases the SiliSleev can be used as a stand alone wrapping method.

What is the SiliCap and when should I use it?
The SiliCap is used to protect and compress the head of your penis while vacuum pumping with vacuum extenders and penis pumps. The SiliCap should only be used for exercise sessions, not as an all day cap.

What size is the SiliCap?
22mm diameter x 60mm length (one size fits all) well in most cases :)

What size SiliSleev do I need?
The SiliSleev currently comes in four different sizes.

The regular SiliSleev 85s are 3.3"(85mm) long and are intended to be used with exercise devices such as penis traction stretchers, penis hangers , vacuum belt extenders and can also be used for manual stretching and jelqing.

The longer SiliSleeve 145s are 5.75"(145mm) long and are intended to be used for cementing penis gains and penis pumping but can also be used for everything else when it comes to exercise devices or manual stretching.

Both the SiliSleevs 85 and 145 come in two diameters, 0.75"(20mm) & 1"(27mm).

The 0.75"(20mm) diameter is good for guys with a flaccid girth of 4”(100mm) and under.

The 1”(27mm) diameter is good for guys with a flaccid girth of 4”(100mm) and larger.

However, the smaller diameter SiliSleev stretches up to five times its size, so it can accommodate larger girths as well.

What side does the ridge (thicker end) go on?
When using the SiliSleev to cement gains, the ridge of the SiliSleev should point towards the tip of your penis below the head. The same goes for penis traction extenders (vacuum as well). The ridge acts as a gripping point to lock theSiliSleev to the extender strap.

When using SiliSleevs with our MityVac HydroVac penis pumps, the ridge goes towards the bottom of your penis to lock the silisleev into the pump sleeve to create a seal.

Do I wear the SiliSleev and SiliCap together?
Yes, it is recommended that you wear them both when you are vacuum pumping with extenders or penis pumps (dry or hydro).

How long do I wear the SiliSleev?
As long as you want, depends on you.

Does the SiliSleev stop circulation to the penis?
No. The SiliSleev is very pliable like a condom and will not cause any discomfort.

Can I wear the SiliSleev to sleep and to work?
Yes and Yes. The SiliSleev was designed so you can wear as an all-day/all-night stretcher.

Can I use lube with the SiliSleev?
Not while stretching, only use lube when jelqing. Lube will cause the SiliSleev to slip off when stretching. Before stretching with the SiliSleev, make sure your penis is completely clean and dry before your stretch session. You can also use rubbing alcohol on your penis to clean for extra grip. A little gripping powder will help as well but not required.

Does gripping Powder help or hurt the SiliSleev?
Gripping powder may be used as additional gripping as well but not required.

How do you clean the SiliSleev?
A gentle dish detergent works best such as Ivory or Dawn.

How do you store the SiliSleev when not in use?
Get a zip-lock plastic bag, add some talcum powder and they will stay fresh forever.

How do I put the SiliSleev on and take it off?
Roll it up like a condom, stretch over the tip of your penis, and then unroll while you are stretching your penis in a flaccid state or erect state.

Does the SiliSleev work for uncircumcised penises?
It is suitable for both uncut and cut guys. Uncut penis, pull the foreskin back and apply.

What is the SiliSleev made of?
A hypoallergenic silicone formula

Is the SiliSleev sticky?
No.

Is the SiliSleev durable?
Yes, it is very durable and should last a long time if you properly take care of it. They do not tear easily.

How does the SiliSleev compare to the Phallosan condom/sleeve?
The SiliSleev is much more durable and elastic and will last much longer.

How much does the SiliSleev stretch?
They stretch up to five times its original size.

Can I mix and match SIliSleev sizes?
Yes. SiliSleevs can be purchased individually or in sets.

Is the SiliSleev packaging discrete?
Yes. They ship in a plain white bubble wrap envelope with the return address saying PPC Corp.

Is the SiliSleev covered under the MOS Lifetime warranty?

This is a dream come true! We have worked so long on this project. One of the biggest issues in the PE world was terrible sleeves. When we set out to make the best we just exactly that, we made the best. All of us must’ve gone through 100 different materials and ideas before making a final decision. Today I am so proud to say we have accomplish this. Take it advantage my brothers!

WOW I love the artistic license (movember)

I have these, and used them this afternoon in a bathmate session.

They certainly reduce fluid retention, and focus the pressure across the entire shaft in a much more productive manner.

For the lengthmaster, they are delicious, and I wouldn't be without one now!

That’s exactly what I told lightning yesterday, we need to start including these with the Lengthmaster. So many men have issues with the wrapping and just leave seems like to be the perfect solution. All around the sleeves will benefit every part of what we do
 
Mine should be here any day now! So pumped to soon be using the length master again with these as a new addition. I was struggling a bit with wrapping and slippage when stretching, it was either too loose and would slide forward/bunch up or I had to wrap so tight that blood flow restriction was an issue, having these as a consistent base layer to hold everything together all snug has got me excited! Great work guys, thank you for your time and effort ??

Did you get the sports wrap with your LM we now include?
 
I've had my LM for quite some time, nearly 2 years now. Back then it came with the UJW. I have experimented with sports wrap that is not sticky per se but does adhere to itself, same deal, was either too loose and would slip or too tight and caused issues, it was also pretty rugged on the skin when combined with the force of the LM stretches, I had used an absilicone sleeve and that worked pretty well but it was worn and tore pretty easily. I'll post my review of the new ones after some use, I bought the phallosan + kit in October so using the LM for 'manual' work, the phallosan extender for further stretching and the actual phallosan belt for recovery has got me pretty pumped for the upcoming possibilities, the MoS sleeves will tie it all together nicely I believe ?

I know that the sleeves are going to benefit the Lengthmaster big time. It might eliminate wrapping all together, that would be awesome. I’m glad you guys are ordering them and I look forward to your reviews on all equipment and the use of our new sleeves.

So I got my 3 pack of sleeves yesterday and as the holidays are winding down, got a chance to initially try out the closed-end cap. My plan was to use it to reduce fluid retention in my glans area when I hang for extended periods(>1 hour) with a weighted X sleeve.

This morning I did a test drive for a 1.5 hour session and the results were very positive. I had NO fluid buildup or pinching. The cap was easy to apply to my erect head, and stayed tight and in-place as I went flaccid. I will be using this 100% of the time moving forward.

I also like the feel and stretch of the material, and it had a light layer or talcum powder which added to the comfort. Good product, guys!

Looking forward to trying the other sleeves with the Bathmate later today...

Pictures attached of the test rig. I also created a new way to do light bundled “warm up” stretches while laying down.

I am so happy to see you Taking so well to the sleeves! I’m looking forward to seeing how well they work with your bass made. I also hope someone comes through with the review of the sleeves used with the Lengthmaster. Thanks for your initial review and I look forward to further reviews as you can can you to use it seeing the duration of its usability.

I highly recommend that everyone that has a Lengthmaster give this a shot as I’m hearing from a few people that the sleeves are eliminating the need for wrapping. It’s a small investment to make things so much more comfortable which will help you make a much better gains.

Long time member but first time posting. I received the new sleeves the other day and the quality is amazing. They are so soft and seem durable.

My question is though, can the cap be made at least an inch longer maybe even two inches longer? I’m having a hard time using the cap because it barely covers my head. I’m not sure how others are able to use the cap at this length, maybe I’m doing something wrong.

I was really excited about trying these for wrapping with my extender but it doesn’t go down the shaft enough for that or enough to stop fluid retention with the Bathmate.

Any ideas would be great. Thanks!

Got my silisleeves late afternoon yesterday and didn't get a chance to put them to use til this morning when I got home from work, these little babies are the goods! I initially just put all 3 pieces on (separately) to guage how they felt on/ ease of application etc, very easy to get on and off, super stretchy but they feel solid as opposed to other silicone sleeves I've tried in the past that seem fragile and tear quite easily so big tick in that box ✔

The biggest test was against the length master, they did exactly what I hoped they would and didn't creep forward at all when pressure was applied through the stretch, a problem I had with wrapping previously. I did wrap UJW around it though before slotting into the chamber so as to protect the sleeve from possible friction tears, I only had to wrap lightly though to cover and blood flow restriction was a non issue at all (also a previous wrapping problem of mine, too loose or too tight) so a massive thumbs up in that regard, the session was comfortable and I could really focus on quality stretches without the above mentioned hassles ?
I didn't snap a pic cause you can only see the UJW but I can do one with just the sleeve on if so requested.

Next was to test it on the phallosan plus extender and also the traction belt, although both amazing products sometimes I would get skin that would creep up around/into the base of the bell and cause slight discomfort, a slight pinching feeling that if left would intensify over the hours, usually during sleep from rolling around. The longest I slept with it on was about 4hrs and like I said, amazing products but the silisleeves just upped the comfort factor ten fold, completely eliminating that issue, 7hrs straight I've had it on and just took it off cause I had to pee and absolutely no fluid retention whatsoever, another minor issue that I've had under the glans/frenulum area that can be caused when under vacuum pressure. I will be looking forward to fully using the device to it's full potential tonight during sleep.

All up I am super impressed with the product, great cost (I bought 3 sets and got a 4th cap in with it, thanks guys!!) and shipping was fairly quick (ordered on 22nd of Dec, received 4th Jan) my only negative was the packaging, the external label lists the contents 'silicone penis sleeves' which to me I don't care cause my wife knows what I do (she accepted the package) but for someone keeping P.E on the down low that lives with others, could make for an interesting conversation ?

I've attached some pics of how I'm using them, will do the LM pic next session cause I might try doubling up the sleeves, i have spares so might be good to test the durability of them against the mighty strength of the LM ?

One question for @Lightning:

If you cut the sleeve, does it interfere with integrity? I know with some silicone sleeves I’ve had the past (depending on how you cut it ), would determine how long it would last. If you got one tear, it would run and ruin the sleeve.

I have been out of commission for other issues for a week, but excited to try them out with the LM and BM this weekend...

We are looking into bringing in a special cutter that we can cut to size. It's a hot knife that cauterizes the end.

Great...I was thinking more about the end user cutting their own.

If a hot knife is the way to do it, that's something that we should know...I never thought of that, but it makes sense!

The molds are expensive so we are doing a one size fits all for girth. We are still weighing out whether to do a .75" (20mm) or 1" (27mm) diameter.

The smaller size will work for all but if you guys have feedback, I would love to hear your thoughts.
 
Oh, you ordered the sleeves @IamSpartacus ! They're bound to help you with your journey, especially to Phallosan usage, at least I hope so from the bottom of my heart.

I received mine yesterday and looking forward to my evening session! :) They will arrive, no worries, ordered by 17th of December could mean that your parcel might be "stuck" due to holiday rush.
