LG hanger has the best sleeves by far. They have a large size and a medium size. They're 8 inches long too so you can get more out of them.

Yeah those are the large ones. They worked great for me but I actually prefer to use the medium sleeves on my large [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] bell because it feels so much more snug and secure. I have a nice girth but when I wear the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] my penis stretches out and becomes a little thinner than normal, hence the medium sleeve feeling more secure.

I also use the remaining 2-inch section of the sleeve (after cutting two 3-inch sections for [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] sleeves) as a clamping band by rolling it/folding it in half to make a double thick 1-inch section. I slide this down to my base and apply the clamp over the band, slowly clicking it tighter until I'm fully hard.

And the stretchiness is just right. Lol. I don't know how else to describe it.

My tool is so engorged with this combo.
