Hello!
I wonder.. What are the signs that your pelvic floor area needs rest? I'm talking about regular kegels.
If the area needs rest days occasionally, how do you spot when it's time for that?
Because i'm trying to figure out a way to get more erection stability.
Some main problems i have with my erection right now:
It doesn't feel as stable as before, it is more elastic and can bend downward more easily. A more "not connected to my body" feeling.
If i squeeze into the sides of my penis there is not as much resistance as i would like it to have.
I have to edge for a longer time before my erection actually reaches potential size.
If i stand up or stop stimulate myself the erection subsides pretty quick.
The visual effects of a good erection quality is still there since improved with PE, but the physical ones doesn't match up or slowly subsides.
One thing i'm gonna try again that i think may work for the erection stability is reverse jelqs. I think i tryed a little bit of those and saw temporarily results once.
Have to try again to be sure.
Why i think reverse jelqs or reverse squeezes work is because it will help promote blood to the base of the penis which will add to base stability, which will make the erection
less bendable because of good balance of blood trapped within the penis. If there is more blood on the upper shaft compared to the base, gravitation will take over.
