Should I Increase Time in Lengthening And Jelqing?

I do Tunica stretches laying on my bed on my back, bundles ( Only know one bundle which is where you twist the penis and grip it with your other hand for a one minute. ), mandingos, downward stretches, and maybe 1 to 2 sets of side to side stretches for 30 minutes. Same with jelqing for 30 minutes and then edging. Should I increase my time to 40 minutes each and gradually increase my time to the maximum of two hours ( one hour each ), or am I good where I am? Thanks.

See what gains you get. This routine might be fine to keep using, you want to measure every month to two months, to see if the routine is still working.

I based my workout on reps which would fall into the time range you are talking about. I didn't notice much difference with more reps/time. I cut my reps way back and upped my intensity to the point where my grip was failing at the end of my workout. This is where I started making length gains. I did mandingo's and intense jelqing. As my grip endurance incresed, so did the length of my work outs, and an increased feeling of fatigue in my ligs.

You are right on target. I would stick with the 30 minute sessions and just step up intensity a bit. I always try to step up intensity before time.

Sorry. Allow me to retort that. I meant Mandingo/Bluewhales and other bundle stretches as well. Thanks for the input.
