Should I Hang B4 Or After My Workout Session? And Also How Long Can My Sessions last, Is it the same as bodybuilding where you have to keep your workout to a maximum 1hour?
Doesn't matter if you hang before or after your workout session...and you can have you hanging session last as long as you'd like. If you have time to hang for a couple of hours, more power to you...most people, from what I've gathered, shoot for somewhere around an hour and are gaining from it, but if you could hang twice as long you may gain twice as fast. Length is one of those trick things to predict, b/c there really is no way to overwork with hanging, but yet there's still no way to predict whether or not you'll make fast gains or slow gains...it's all trial and error.
I hang for an hour-- thats actual hang time-- (3) 20-25 minute sets; then I do 300-350 jelqs. I try to do two sessions daily-- one in the morn and one before bedtime, which makes for 2+ hours of hanging and 600-700 jelqs daily. Also on Mon-Wed-Fri I do a set of clamped squeezes after my morning hang/jelq. So for me the answer is hang first. I do this mainly as an offshoot of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] which calls for stretching first then jelqing. As far as whether this order produces better results... I don't know.
