this was my routine,
various stretches 3x in all directions
jelq with jelq sticks for 20 minutes
clamp for 20 minutes and edged
warm down
Do you think its to early to change my routine? Any suggestions?

6.75 non bone pressed
7.0 bone pressed
5.5 erect girth
Also, is it possible to integrate both girth and length exercises? or should i just focus on one aspect of the penis?
