Can anybody who has tried the 1 inch in 12 weeks routine tell me if its worth it and how much they have gained with it in 12 weeks
 
I just started it and I can say from the 1st week my flaccid hang is alot more and I have a lot harder boner

I know that isn't the while 12 weeks but its a great start

I've done the routine consistently for the 8 months I have had the device.

I train everyday at least 3 to 4 hours. I prefer the time under tension principle of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] than a 20 min hang.

When I'm not in it I'm wrapped. When I use the bathroom, I do a quick stretch routine.

Always be pulling on your dick.
