I am trying to gain an inch in 12 weeks and im focusing on length, what thoughts do you have on this length routine.

15-20mins of manual stretching, SD, BTC LEFT AND RIGHT
3 sets of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] stretches in all angles including upward
12 mins of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] hardcore stretches
20 min set of hanging (LG Hanger)

good or bad routine for length?

I hang after [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]. I use a vac hanger. its like a pre exhaust prior to hanging so I don't have to hang as much weight and risk getting a blister
 
Damn... sounds really good to me. If it was not the LG, I would have said that it is not a good idea to do this, but I think you are definitely on the right track!!! Good luck on your goal, keep this thread like a progress thread, we would all enjoy seeing how you go with this routine!!! :) Just remember about length- you want to exhaust your penis (tunica, ligs) and ride the exhaustion, which is why the more you do- the better!!! I am talking about your hanging routine. The more you hang, the better you will be!!! I know that the LG is a VERY comfortable hanger and gives you the comfort needed to go for MUCH more than 20 minutes (of multiple sets of course). Keep that in mind! I would LOVE to see how your progress goes, sadly I do not have the equipment you have, but I really want to see how you go. Good luck and grow fast!!! :)
 
Looks like a great length routine. Best advice is to start a progress thread and put the routine to the test. Nothing will give you better information whether a routine is working or not. In this case I would say this routine should bring great gains in length because you are covering every angle and including the various stretch positions. Good luck!
