K guys, I'm one of those hard girth gainers. For some reason, my penis thinks my girth of 4.75 is just fine........well, to hell it is ! So this is what I'm going to try. I like the idea of doing jelqs b/c its helps with length gains as well as jelqing. Although if I only do constrictors / clamping, I wont be hitting as much on length. With this new routine i'm going to try for the last week in july, and all of August is a mix of the two that will hopefully put me at or above 5.0 in girth (crosses fingers).
Day 1: 50 dld blasters, dld girth busters
Day 2: 50 dld blasters, 20 mins of base squeezes (uli's) and horse440's
Day 3: 50 dld blasters, dld girth busters
Day 4: Penis Enlargement rest day of sabbath.
...repeat day 1-3 then do 2 days of rest.
then over again.
I will only stop doing uli's when i lose my erection, which occurs after about 40-50 seconds. Horse 440's i will only do for about 20-30 seconds and continue w/ my uli. I dont want my dick to get angry at me and thrombose itself or go on strike and stop working so I'm not clamping. That would probably be over the top. But this workout is pretty over the top also, im just hopign i can see some monster girth gains.
