Injecting your scrotum with saline is a bad idea on so many levels, especially that much fluid (500cc - 1000cc).
Aside from the risks of an infection, there are numerous other risks, that could cause anything from damage to any of the tissues in that area, to loss of a testicle or other tissues in the area, you even increase your risk for a testicular torsion. Additionally, your body will have to reabsorb that fluid, so if you do that over a long period of time, you can really mess up your electrolytes. I can think of dozens of reasons why this is such a bad idea.
