Hey Guys,

I'm confused! ?:(

I'm new to this forum, but not to Penis Enlargement... and I wanted to get other's take on exercise durations...

You see back when I first started Penis Enlargement I followed a program I've purchased from some other website, in which I did about 15-20 minutes of stretching, and about 20 minutes of jelqing! (Along of course with the warmups & warmdowns)

Anyway, I followed that routine for a few months, and didn't see very substantial gains... main gains were in flacid length, and a little bit in erect lenght. After that I took a break from Penis Enlargement for a few months, and then decided to resume doing the exercises, only this time I was determined to do jelqing for exactly 30 minutes each day, along with 15 minutes of stretching (and of course the warmup/warmdown).. and doing that routine for 2-3 months was when I received the most substantial gains!

What puzzles me now however is that I've encountered numerous websites and resources which advocate training just 10-15 minutes a day (or some other relatively short period of time)... some of these sites who's name I won't mention are actually very well known and reliable...

My question being, is it actually possible to get substantial gains from performing such a short routine? And if so then how is that possible? ?:( Since from my personal experience I only started to get good results once I started putting 30 minutes into jelq, and my routine at the time took me a little over an hour... so I'm very confused about these short routines some sites talk about...

What are your personal experiences in regard to routine length and gains in size?

Thanks,
John C.

P.S - I also did a lot of PC exercises as well, forgot to mention that...

Most sites will advertise a short time span for a routine as many men are just plain lazy and want gains but do not want to spend allot of time getting them. Although a short routine will give you gains you will be better off putting a substantial amount of time into your training as your gains will reflect the work you put into it. Some men may find a shorter routine to be enough or maybe some even gain better with one in which case they should stick with it. For me the more time I invested (up to an hour and a half not including exercise development) the better my gains were.

Hey, thanks for your reply DLD! I'm honored ;)

Would you say however that the correct execution of the exercises is more important than the duration? For instance, if I do 30 minutes jelq, but don't apply enough pressure and/or don't maintain an erection, doing that won't be effective as even doing 15 minutes of jelq but doing it the right way?

you should always try to achieve the best with your time, good technique will get gains. bad technique will not. so yes a 15 min session of quality work will be more beneficial than 30 mins of bad work. but then 30 mins of good work will be more effective again...

Good advice for you, pal, as always. My biggest gains, much like those of DLD, came as I extended the duration of my sessions--going from a half hour a day to an hour--and finally almost two hours a day.

When I don't seem to be making progress with longer sessions, then I turn to shorter but more intense ones. I think fifteen minutes a day may do wonders for some, but my opinion is that these cases are rare.
