As far as I see, my post pump after was an increase of 1/4" in length and 1/8" in girth. My flaccid size went up 1/4" in length and girth but went back to normal an hour later.

I keep reading about people having .5"+ girth increases but never got anything more than 1/8" E.G. myself when using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words]. I never get expansion from [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s or fluid retention from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words].

How does everyone gain so much girth?
 
is your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] modded? If so, are you entering the cylinder with as high EQ as possible? if so, how intense are you pumping? There are many variables at play...that's why I'm asking

Today I used the most pressure possible(Pressure easier to handle with water compared to without). I've been using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] for half a month at a medium pressure for 20min daily. My expansion has been the same.

I always enter with 80% Then get myself to 100% in the tube. Today was pretty intense due to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] so I'll workout when PI's go back to normal.

Most of my workouts before were 1on/1off but pumped daily.
 
i can get up to a 1 inch temp gain with the 5x5x3 soem times i only get .5 depends on the day
 
yeah there are days I see a 1/2 inch of expansion but there are days I see almost a inch.

Is your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] the extreme model with the hand pump? IMO, you are still in the conditioning stage with your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] if you have only been using it for 2 weeks. If you do not have the hand pump I would suggest you do the wine vac mod on your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] as the pressure you are going to get from just pressing it on is going to be minimal. A word of caution, ease in to using the wine vac and do not go max pressure until you are accustomed to the pressure, it is far more intense than what you are accustom to. The expansion you are looking for will come but you will need to work up to the pressure that will provide this. The 5x5x3 method will be a good routine once you have made the mod

what L4G said...intensity is the key component. There won't be the expansion you seek w/out 'growing pains' (literally and figuratively)...and once you mod your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words], you'll understand what I mean by that
 
Should the suction be strong enough to let go of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] while pumping? I can't take my hands off while pumping or it will slowly lose suction. How much is the vac mod? I didn't plan on spending more money than I had to for my dick. $200 was already alot. I'm hoping to make this work since I'm 20 and still growing.

Also, how many days do you take off for rest after the routine? At 100% EQ I get my pumped size from yesterday, but my normal erections are about 80% and it's my normal size. I'm guessing this means I need more bloodflow to accompany the additional size.
 
The VacuVin wine mod is less than $20usd...visit Amazon and you can pick your color :) The suction I can achieve almost allow me to do jumping-jacks hands free...it's truly night/day
 
Rest days are something you must find out by yourself. If you feel strong fatigue, low EQ etc., then it's wise to take a rest day. Some people do 1 on, 1 off, others might go for 2 on, 1 off ...
Just stay consistent with the workouts! And remember Kegels and reverse Kegels!
 
How can I determine my EQ is good enough to work with? My regular erections are 80% EQ due to pumping giving me a larger size(.25" gain length/girth). I need more bloodflow for the size so my EQ isn't as great. I still can get erections easily and wake up with morning wood which are good PI's.

Do I just continue what I'm doing until I get 100% EQ and make my pumped size my normal size?

Great thread here. I haven’t started pumping yet, still just doing manual work. I would say there is something to be said about conditioning. Do the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] for a couple months without the mod. Get used to it and condition your dick. Then get the mod and start in slow building your way up over a month or 2. That’s my opinion speaking from my experience with just manual work and sustaining a minor injury.

I'd say you're on the right track, I don't know about others. I would keep pushing forward! But surely include the kegel exercises to help with the blood flow and all; a bigger dick needs a bigger supply and for that you need your pelvic floor muscles trained as well!

Oh and RR04, a good point about [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] without the mod for couple of months! Since I'm currently having a break, I really need to remember not to use the Vacu-Vin right when I can get back to the game ...
 
My routine is normally 5 days on and 2 off with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words]. Occasionally I will do 6 on and 1 off but that is less common. As stated in another post, rest days will vary from person to person. You have a lot going for you considering you are only 20, I can't even remember being 20, lol. You can take a look at the routine and progress thread and this will give you a good bit of information on different routines. Feel free to use one of these or create your own. Take your time and get a routine that works well for your schedule and stay consistent and this will give you the best results.

IIRC, after my first few weeks of using my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words], I was looking for ways to increase the suction...I had a length of ABS with a diameter that fit over the valve and allowed me to press-against the shower wall with the weight of my body (but once I discovered the VV mod I knew I'd me my match)

It is my opinion you should mold your schedule to give yourself enough off days to maintain EQ. Be patient with it man... as with anything you're going to need to build into it. Don't expect the world right away! PE is a journey...
 
Im measuring every day i see if any size decreases the day after my workouts. So far im doing 1on/1off on the 5x5x3 routine. If my size drops off, I'll go 1on/2off. My pump stays the day after, but goes away by my next workout, in time to get pumped back up. I'm hoping I can maintain 1on/1off to pretty much keep the pump permanent.

U are probably using too much intensity without building up to it.

Kegels and sex are also good for EQ and like a natural girth workout. Eq should be good with girth work be patient don’t overdo things just be consistent every day.
 
I have been pumping a while and I still build up to max pressure. I pump at least 5 days a week but if I notice my eq starting to drop off, I will take a break that day and let it get back to where it should be. In my experience, when I take a day off, my next session is usually better than I would think.
 
My measurements are up and down. Sometimes my girth wasn't as good as previous days, but my length is better. Vise versa. I've been using a very high pressure because it said to do so on the routine, I never thought about building up to it.

Yesterday my flaccid was kinda hard for the first time so maybe I over did it? My post pump measurements were the largest ive had so far. When I first started the routine last Thursday, Fridays rest day measurements were the best ive had even though my pump stayed.

I think i need kegels added into the routine. I felt an imbalance happening so I dropped both reverse and kegels for the time being. I know my PC muscles are weak because it's hard for me to hold for 3 seconds.

Just a suggestion but you may want to consider spreading out your measuring days. You may better serve yourself if you chose to measure maybe once a month to track your progress. I say this because you will see fluctuations from day to day and they will vary based on a lot of factors and this may give you the impression that what you are doing is not working when in fact you may be on the right track. I have my routine that I do and plan to do it for 3 months before I measure, if the results are there, I will continue doing it, if not, I will make adjustments as needed.
 
Okay will do. I thought of measuring daily to know if I had to dial back or not. Also, do you warm up before punping? I usually do pumping as a warm up which also happens to start off my routine.

I use a hot cloth for 5 minutes or a heating pad for 10 minutes prior to my pumping session.
 
Thank you for all your help. I know ive asked alot of qurstions, and its only because i want to do things perfect. I'm so close to my goal of 8x6 and I'm 7(1/2)x5(3/8). My last question is,

I would say if you see and feel an increase, then you're golden. Might had been a very strong workout if there was no post erection after pump, but as long as there's no huge fluid retention it's all good I think!

Enjoy the ride, keep on going. If there are positive indicators, keep on going. If you feel you've gone past some mark and recovery takes too long, dial it back. All in all, keep your body and dick guessing a bit; there must be fluctuation and change in the workouts, otherwise the body adapts and gains will be halted.

I agree with Ark. The one thing I would add is there is no such thing as too many questions and there are no dumb questions. We are all here for the same reason for the most part and the only way we can get to where we want to be is to ask when we are unsure. As for the post pump flaccid being larger, I would say that you had a good session. If you can see the results and they are larger in any way, you accomplished something. That is why I say put the ruler away for a month and continue to do your routine and then see where you are. You can up the intensity as you feel comfortable with doing so and as long as you are staying consistent you will see results. As Ark put it, this is a marathon, not a sprint. It will take time but you will get there
 
I'd also add that getting yourself in the proper mental-mindset will help off-set those days where self-doubt creep in...have empirical data points to refute any argument that your brain may raise.

I would suggest trying both and see what works best for you. For me, I try to pump every day with the exception of a rest day. The rest day usually falls on Saturday or Sunday. If you notice your EQ drop while pumping for consecutive days, take a day off and see if it comes back to normal. IMO, the best routine will be the one that works best for you and your schedule. There are many different routines for the members here and it usually takes some experimentation to get one that works for you.
 
Okay thank you. I never got expansion from [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], ULI, or Horse squeezes. I used to pump everyday for 20min and didn't get any growth. But I seem to have an average increase of an 1/16"~1/8" gain in length and/or girth so far doing what I'm doing.
 
Okay I'll stick with it and measure every month or so. I just figured the gain was from the pump. If I can keep the size going, I can hopefully cement the size.

Measuring is a tricky thing in the modern PE world. Official measurements should be taken every 3 months. Bone-Pressed-Stretched Length should be checked once per week as length gains show up here before erect gains and you can gage how well you program is working. Girth should be measured after every session to be sure you are seeing expansion.

I have one more question, concerning kegels and reverse kegels. I know kegels have muscles involved holding in your urine, but I'm having trouble locating reverse kegels. If it the muscle that has to do with urinating faster, or the muscle that has to do with pushing out crap faster? Ex. Pushing through butt or pushing through shaft.

The reverse kegel will use the muscles that you use when you are pushing urine out. I have heard people say that you have to be careful with the RK as you may shit your pants if you are not careful, lol
 
Looks like I've been doing them all wrong then. Thank you again for the helpful advice. I'm able to isolate both front kegels and reverse kegels from the butt and shaft. Won't be crapping myself.
