Resting periods.

I do this Mon-Friday and take a break on Saturday and Sunday. I have noticed that my cock isn't really given enough time to repair since the last intense workout (the occasional red spot, small purple blotch). I was wondering if I were to go 2 days of work, then 1 day of rest, would that suit me better and eventually turn out to be more beneficial?

I think 2 on rest 1 day then 3 days and rest on sunday works the best. It makes more sense to me to spread the rest out.
