Everywhere I read I keep seeing about setting realistic goals. I am currently in a journey to lose 70 pounds so I understand the point. But what's considered a realistic goal. These are my stats

I understand these are long term goals and I'm willing to put the time into.it if these are doable. I figure once I'm done with my 1st program ( either dld or jp90 I haven't decided yet) I can better set short term goals
But from you guys that have been at this for a while do you consider these realistic
