While I want a bigger penis, I'm not going to sacrifice an hour a day if that's what it takes. So, I'd like to know, are there good routines that are just 15-25 minutes a day, start to finish?

I agree, that was part of someone else's idea to get business, I disagreed but it slipped through my hands. Someone brought my attention to it a while ago but I forgot to change it...This time I will forward this post to JAZ.

If you can't sacrifice an hour a day pulling on your penis, you could try a split routine.

Example:

Morning-

15 mins of jelqing (Gives your flaccid penis a great hang for the rest of the day)


Evening-

10-15 mins of stretching while your in the shower or after you get out. ( Heat helps the ligs stretch more and may help your gains)

15 mins of jelqing

After you do this for a few months, you could try Uli's Routine.

Jelq for 10 to 20 min then while you're still greased up with vaseline (or whatever lube you use) then squeeze your cock like this...

1. okay grip with your palm down and pinky finger in direction of the head of your cock

2. squeeze the okay grip and then

3. slide your hand a little towards the head of your cock and then

4. squeeze your ring finger for (about one second each squeeze) 5 really good squeezes then

5. switch hands and repeat

6. do 5 reps with each hand, alternating, until you get to 50



Tips on how to tell you've had a good workout and got really good expansion: there are two ways

1. it will feel like the head of your cock and the underbelly of your cock is gonna split open while you're doing a rep

2. you'll notice red dots on your head as you clean up which go away and are not a problem


You need to be between 80 to 90% erect but not 100%.

Do NOT do Uli's Routine right off the bat because you will damage your penis, and that will delay your gains.
