I have tried alot of Penis Enlargement before and have finally found a method which works for me.
For the past 3 weeks every time i have showered(2/3 times a day), i have reverse kegled whilst doing the following:
BTC right 30seconds
BTC left 30seconds
BTC centre 30seconds

This has gained me half an inch and i feel so much more confident!

I think the reason why i have gained so much is because i am in a hot shower whilst doing my streches. This obviously keeps the ligs warm and therefore are easier to strech. Oh and i only do one rep. I may have however measured wrong or something, but it seemed fine at the time, however when i am erect these days my penis seems to go harder and larger than it used to.
 
dude can you go into more detail?

I do'nt even have a clue what a BTC or reverse kegel is, lol

And is there anything to add girth quick? My length is kind of normal when bone pressed but my girth is like a needle and I need to work on that asap

BTC stands for Behind the cheeks... i think.. check for goldmembers illustrations on how to perform this. it basicallly gripping the dick and pulling it downwardsand behind ur ass cheeks.. therefore putting strain on the ligs.. reverse kegel is apparently like pushing out instead of holding in.. however i cant do it 100 % so i cant help you there
 
please describe your reverse kegel. I still have a hard time visualizing this.
Reverse Kegels are the opposite to Kegels. Instead of contracting (=Kegels) your pelvic floor muscles, you are instead relaxing these fully when you are stretching.

This allows you to stretch your inner penis, and Fundiform + Suspensory ligament fully. This will result in faster length gains. This is something you need to master. If you do not master this, your progression will be slower.

If you are stretching hard it's easier to relax your pelvic floor muscles fully.
