so what exactly seperates a newbie from a vet? why do newbies gain so fast while vets have to put in all that effort? why do some people grow so much faster than others? is it blood flow? is it stretchyness of the tunica/ligs? why do some exercises work for some and not others?
i believe if we can find out what differentiates the vets from the newbies, how and why then we could somehow increase the rate of growth after the newbie gains. please post your ideas....
