Mines flaccid is at least 4-5 inches , when I'm erected i go up to 7inches .

Not sure but I know for me it holds true. Winter and the cold can make me shrivel pretty good.

It varies between 2-3" when flaccid, and 6.1-2 when erect. Although, I'm currently experiencing a reboot so it's shrunken and extremely rubbery <

For me it was 13cm (5.1 in) flaccid before PE. Now is more like 15cm (5.9 in) flaccid length at around 13 cm (5.1in) flaccid girth. Erect I'm like 20x15 cm (7.8x5.9 in). When it's cold where I'm at for a long time, it does shrink, but not so much. Like an inch or so.
