why does the tunica get worked while stretching up, wouldnt the ligs get used as they are right at the base? just trying to figure out little details how the tunica gets used as it runs down the shaft coating the corpus carvenosa. cheers?
It could stretch both, it depends on how high and tight your ligs are, I think.
For me, its very difficult to stretch my ligs, even if im stretching straight down I feel it in the base of my penis, which I assume is stretching the tunica.
If you feel your ligs getting stretched when stretching up, then great!
no im saying that the ligs are at the base of the penis and the tunica runs along the whole shaft, so why would stretching up work the tunica rather than the ligs.
Tunicae gets more attention when going upwards because you are taking more stress away from the ligaments as you go upwards. When you stretch you will also work the tunicae, no getting away from that as you say it coats the penis but doing it 6 O'Clock will involve the ligaments more and so they take more of the brunt. Also depending on how you stretch and where you grip greatly influences the forces on the tunicae.
So, if you wanted your dick to hang lower in a flaccid state, or possibly a semierect state, say, a lower exit point on your body, you would work DOWN, say, a hanger at 6 o'clock, but if you wanted more length, and wanted to pull more of the inner penis out of your body, you would work UP?
Or, if length was your primary goal in the end, work down first to stretch the ligs, and directly after going down, work up to pull the inner penis out more while the ligs are more stretched/malleable.
This may seem off but I think the best way to stretch the tunica is straight out.
